Bandai Namco has announced that its new fighting game Tekken 8 has sold 2 million copies since its release.
Taking into account that the project went on sale on January 26, we can say that the game is selling faster than its closest competitor Mortal Kombat 1. However, the publisher doesn't specify on which platforms the number of sales falls (Tekken 8 is available on PC and consoles of the current generation).
