Disciples: Liberation now with official Russian localization!

Turn-based strategy role-playing game Disciples: Liberation was released on October 1 (on PC, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X). However, the Russian localization appeared only yesterday, November 18, 2021, because the developers simply did not have time to release the Russian language along with the main release.

Earlier, the developers published a post explaining the reason for the transfer of the game for Russian-speaking countries.:

During the development of Disciples: Liberation, we actively collaborated with the community to ensure the quality of the project and meet the expectations of the players,” said Simon Hellwig, Managing Director of Kalypso Media. “During the closed alpha and beta testing, we regularly received comments from Russian-speaking players, many of whom added Disciples: Liberation to their wishlist. In their feedback, the test participants gave a high rating to the series and actively expressed their comments. Despite the fact that it is hardly possible to take into account all the wishes, it was decided to add a full-fledged localization to the Russian version of the game - and this is more than 40 voice actors, more than 75 roles and more than 7,500 lines. To ensure the quality of localization work, the release of the game will be postponed to November 18th.
