Bethesda has announced a release date for the updated version of Fallout 4 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
The native port, which was first announced in Fallout 2022, will see the light of day on April 25. Gamers can expect two graphics modes, Quality and Performance, offering improved resolution and 60 FPS. Bethesda also claims improvements to the game's stability and fixes for remaining bugs.
Owners of the original Fallout 4 on consoles will receive the update for free. Games on PS4 and Xbox One will also receive patches to improve stability and fix bugs.
The PC version of Fallout 4 will also receive support for widescreen and ultra-wide screens, improvements to the Creation Kit and full compatibility with Steam Deck, and will be available on the Epic Games Store.
The action game also received a content update.
