South Korean edition of ETNews reported that Samsung will stop producing Galaxy Note smartphones. Sales of already released, latest models (Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra) will be suspended until the end of the year. Full production of the line is planned to be discontinued in 2022.
The reason is that Samsung wants to focus on creating the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4. This model will go on the world market next year. The company plans to produce 13 million foldable Galaxy Z.
The news is surprising in that the circulation of Galaxy Note 20 models in 2020 amounted to 9.7 million smartphones, while all of them were successfully sold.
So far, both games are in the early stages of development.
The success of the title is quite expected.
