Polish media report that the Piranha Bytes studio has ceased to exist. This organization was behind the creation of such universes as ELEX and Gothic.
So far there has been no official announcement of the company’s closure, but judging by the photo, there are no employees anymore. The first rumors that Piranha Bytes was finished appeared in early 2024. Judging by the latest information, the cessation of activity occurred at the end of June of this year.
