Representatives of the Amazon studio announced that a new project based on the Boys franchise has been launched into development, which will become a prequel to the main show.
As franchise showrunner Eric Kripke noted in a new interview, the main characters in the new title will be Soldier and Storm. Interestingly, Kripke initially proposed the idea of this show to his bosses back in 2020, but then the managers decided not to buy the script, since they did not know whether viewers would accept another spin-off called Generation V. However, against the background of the success of the latter, it was decided to take a chance with another series.
