According to insider Jeff Snyder, the parties are currently negotiating on this topic. The source is confident that the process will end with a positive outcome, and Raimi will soon take up the job. However, it is clearly not worth waiting for an early premiere, since filming is expected to start only in mid-2025.

Stephen Strange's next appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is expected in the new part of The Avengers.
