Elite Dangerous developers have announced the release date of the next global expansion Ascendancy.
This update will significantly rework the Powerplay system, making the consequences of players' actions more significant for the entire galaxy. The importance of ground missions will increase, and a number of new NPC leaders will appear with whom you can interact.
In addition, after the release of the patch, all alliances and unions will be terminated. Players will lose all bonuses, so they will have to earn the goodies again.
