Sonic the Hedgehog Will Get a 4th Part

The day before the premiere of the third part of the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, Paramount Studios announced the start of production on the sequel.

So far, director Jeff Fowler has worked on all three releases, so it can be assumed that the fourth part will be created under his supervision. There are no details about the plot of the new film yet.

It should be noted that the previous two parts of the franchise collected more than $725 million at the box office and additionally brought their creators $180 million from physical sales. It is expected that the third part will collect about $60 million at the box office on its debut weekend.
