Donald Trump Reduces Tariffs on Computer Equipment from China

The US authorities some time ago imposed duties of 145% on all goods coming into the country from China, which became a serious challenge to the economy. Now it has become known that some goods are exempt from this tax.

We are talking about computers, laptops and smartphones developed in China. This is a completely rational decision, since these taxes, in fact, became the reason for China's refusal to import. However, as follows from Donald Trump's decree, consoles are still subject to 145 duties, due to which the supply of these devices may eventually cease.

It is not yet known whether this is an omission on the part of the White House administration or a deliberate step. If the latter, then Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo will have to come up with something if the companies do not want to shift the burden of huge payments to the end consumer.
