Genshin Impact Review & Guide - Festive Lantern Light (Update 1.3)

The latest 1.3 update for Genshin Impact called "Holiday Lantern Light" has added a lot of new content: event, Xiao character, mini-game, improved login rewards, improved personal information system and much more. In this guide, we will take a closer look at each innovation.

Login Rewards

Reworked login rewards will be available to all Genshin Impact users during the Festive Lanternlight Event Period. They will be valid from 02/11/2021 to 02/26/2021 . The full list of awards can be found below.

3. Intertwined fates ( 2 ).
4. Enchant Magic Ore ( 18 ).

Event Sea Lantern Festival

During the update period, everyone can take part in the new event and get good rewards. To do this, it is enough to fulfill a few mandatory points:

• Raise the adventure level to 23 and complete the Mysterious Land of a Thousand Stones chapter;
• Complete the Golden-winged Bird quest, ?to unlock the Sea Lantern Festival event.

Recall that in order to gain access to the task "Golden-winged Bird", you need to complete the first chapter of the story quest " The Mysterious Land of a Thousand Stones ".

SEAL LANTERN HOLIDAY OBJECTIVES

Some event tasks will become available at a certain time:

• Where did the lanterns come from: 02/10/2021 ( 11:00 ) — 02/28/2021 ( 04:59 );
• Currents under the lanterns: 02/14/2021 ( 05:00 ) — 02/28/2021 ( 04:59 );
• The light of lanterns over the sea: 02/18/2021 ( 05:00 ) - 02/28/2021 ( 04:59 ).

STORIES OF THE SEA LANTERN FESTIVAL

How to open all stories:

1. Complete the task " Where did the lanterns come from ."
2. Reach the " Guests from All over the World " level of the holiday heat, complete the " Tides Under the Lanterns " quest and complete all the requirements of the previous level.
3. Reach the " Light of a Thousand Lanterns " level of the Festive Heat, complete the " Light Over the Sea " quest, and complete all the requirements of the previous level.

For completing all tasks and stories of the Sea Festivaltheir lanterns, don't forget to spend 1000 World Talismans to get one of the six four-star characters as part of the Stay with Me event.

New character Xiao

The new hero in Genshin Impact has two unique abilities. This character is a party favorite and you can get him using the Prayer system in the Paimon menu.

Five Shades of Fortune

From 02/10/2021, you can find special photos scattered around the world of Genshin Impact and exchange them for Fortune Treasures. The main prize for finding photos will be Source Stones!

Spilling the arteries of the earth

During the event period, you can receive increased rewards for completing Arteries of the Earth challenges. All users will receive Wealth Flowers and Illumination Flowers double. Recall that you can track the tests of the Arteries of the Earth in the menu of the game map Genshin Impact.
