Firewatch Walkthrough

The mystical adventure adventure Firewatch takes place in the forests of Wyoming. The only living person with whom you communicate is a woman located at the other end of the forest and talking to you on a walkie-talkie.

Outside the window is 1989. The main character you control is named Henry. Abandoning his "dirty" past life, Henry gets a job as a firefighter in the forests of Wyoming. Watching from the top of the mountain for the events taking place around you, you must do your job: look for smoke or any other sign of a fire.

This is especially true in dry and hot summer - the most dangerous time of the year. Your boss is a woman named Delilah, with whom you can communicate at any time using a walkie-talkie. This is your only contact with the world left in the past.

The developers have identified several key features of Firewatch, the passage of which will appear on our website very soon:

  • Here is a video game about adults, in which adult topics are discussed in the course of an adult conversation.
  • Stunning beautiful wild environment that expands as you explore.
  • A story based on friendship.
  • You have to find secrets and make shocking discoveries.

HERE IS THE PASSAGE OF FIREWATCH ITSELF !

Prologue

You are not expected to make any difficult decisions in the prologue. In parallel with the fact that you have to perform certain actions, following the place of a new job, you will learn the story of the main character named Henry. During the story, you can choose any options. For other actions, read the description below.

Pick up a backpack from the floor of the elevator by clicking on it with the left mouse button. After leaving the elevator, go to the pickup truck and sit in it. For all actions, use the left mouse button. After that, you will need to move through the forest. In order to overcome the log, approach it and press the SPACE key. Climb the Two Paths tower, open the door and turn on the light by pressing the switch on the right side. Reply to Delilah on the walkie-talkie. To answer her, hold down the left SHIFT, scroll the mouse wheel to the answer you want, then release the left SHIFT. During the game, you can chat the way you want.

Let's start our Firewatch walkthrough on ShowGamer.com from day one.

Day 1

After the first working day begins, chat with Delilah. Approach the map in the center of the room and say you see it. Delilah will tell you it's a fire reflector.

Then she notices something. Pick up the compass by pressing the N key. Turn the compass so that you look towards the letter W - west. You should see smoke and fireworks. Tell Delilah you see this. End the conversation. Delilah will ask you to deal with the violators. But first you will need to find the rope in the NLS 306 box.

Exit through the door and go down the stairs. Take out the map by pressing the M key. The compass will automatically appear with the map. Zoom in on the map by holding the right mouse button. See the inscription CACHE 306 on the map? You need to go there.

1

Periodically glancing at the map, follow to this place. The red icon on the map, you guessed it, is Henry. The icon has an arrow indicating which way you are currently facing. It will be easy to navigate!

Now move to the northwest, along the path. When you find NLS box 306, then enter the code 1234 to open it. To do this, change the numbers by turning the mouse wheel. When you select the correct number, then press the D key to move on to choosing the next number. At the end, you will need to press D again. Take the rope and copy the information from the map on the chest lid. There will also be a note - you can just read it, or you can take it with you by holding the E key.

When you get to a slope (clay landslide) that you can't climb down, then attach the rope to the hook and start descending. This place will be referred to as "Clay Landslide". Keep following the path until you reach the fire camp.

2

Collect all discarded cans of beer, a bottle of whiskey and fireworks. Extinguish the fire, and then continue to move on. Go through the scattered things.

After meeting with the teenage girls on the lake and communicating with them (communication takes place using a walkie-talkie, choose phrases at your discretion), return to the Two Forks Lookout location (Two Paths tower). You have several routes that you can take. But you cannot follow the same road, because the rope, if you remember, broke. Therefore, go east to Thunder Canyon (a sign near the lake is directed towards it), taking out a flashlight from box 303 (you can activate it by pressing the F key) and passing through cave 452. From here you can follow the path to the south. The road will lead to the very tower "Two Paths".

Day 2

Your first objective on Day 2 is to head for the collapsed telephone lines north of Thunder Gulch. You will return back to the Gorge along the same path that you used to get home at the end of the first day (read above - through cave 452). Use your compass and map to make sure you need to head north. Then follow the path until you pass through Cave 452. Continue north exclusively along the path until you spot a wire pole. Follow the wire and poles until you see beer cans scattered around. This trail will lead you to the next target - a pole with a cut cable.

After talking with Delilah, you will need to find teenagers. From here, go down another path that goes north and west. Beer cans should be scattered along the path. Don't forget to collect them. Along the way, you should find a backpack hanging from a tree.

3

Inside there are ropes and other necessary gear that you will use until the end of the summer. You now have more than enough ropes. By the way, there was also a camera. To use it, press the C key. Grab your backpack and then continue to cache box 241, which you need to climb down two slopes using a rope. Do not forget to copy the received information to your card. Take the note too.

Now look around. You should see smoke in the sky above the mountain. Report the smoke to Delilah. She will say that you should check and find the source.

Head straight south until you reach Thunder Gorge. You can jump over the ravine to cross the Gorge, and then go west, where the Landslide described at the beginning of the first day will be (well, or what did you call this place where you first rappelled down?). Attach the rope hook to the beam so you can now walk through the area in any direction. In principle, this way you can easily get to the tower "Two Paths" by a shorter route.

After passing through this place, use the rope with a hook to go down the slope. Follow the path that goes south and leads to cache box 309 (search it and copy the information to the map). From here, simply follow the path that leads straight to the source of the smoke - Five Mile Creek. Move along the stream. Beer cans will be lying around to the right and left. A piece of cloth hangs from a tree.

From the waterfall, move to the right, between two high rocks. This is where the camp will be.

4

Once you find the source, look around and interact with Delilah as you see fit. The most important thing is to inspect the torn tent, on the frame of which a note hangs. Read the note. You will find out what happened here and who is to blame for everything.

Day 3

To find the boards that are needed to repair the window, go downstairs and look at the base. Walk around the location. In any case, you will find more boards than you need. Take what you can and then go upstairs and board up the broken window. Finish the conversation with Delilah.

Day 9

The ninth day is not so difficult, therefore, you will not need our help. Enjoy chatting with Delilah, answering questions the way you want. Everything is completely up to you.

Day 15

Just like the previous day, no help is needed here. The whole day is devoted to talking, and in this regard, you do not need any help.

Day 33

On the thirty-third day, you will need to complete several trips. Head north to get supplies at a location called Thoropher Region Supplies. Take the map to find out your exact location, then follow the path north until you find cache box 241. Collect the loot and copy the information onto the map (if you haven't already). Keep going until you find supplies. You can take whatever you want. But still, only the middle package is intended for you. The password for the box is 1234. Report everything to Delilah. The day will be over.

Day 64

Again, this day consists of conversations with Delilah, so feel free to say what you want to say. Name the fire whatever you want.

Day 76

Move from the beam to which the rope with the hook was tied to get to Johnsy Lake. There is a tablet with notes on the stone. Examine it by holding the right mouse button. You will automatically talk to Delilah. You will hear strange sounds. Go towards Thunder Gorge. After walking along the log, look under your feet and pick up the walkie-talkie. When suddenly something happens...

When you're done, then walk along the lake, as if bending around it counterclockwise. You should find cash box 305. Copy the map and read Ron and Dave's note. The password is still the same - 1234. Follow the path from the lake to the location "Wapiti Meadow". When you reach a fence with a locked gate, try opening it a few times. But it's all in vain!

Your map will be updated and a new location will appear: a fire camp south of the Ruby River. You should be able to see the fire on this side. Use the map to plan your route. You can go south like we did until you get to Thunder Gulch, then go east to go through cavern 452 and back to the main location, the Two Paths tower. Look to the south and see huge puffs of smoke. You could see this big fire during the nightly conversation with Delilah the previous day (by walkthrough).

From here, head south to cross the Ruby River over rocks in the water and find Cash Box 307. Here, refresh the map and read Dave's next note to Ron. You can even go around and check cache box 308, although you don't have to open it at the moment. Be sure to copy the information onto the map from both boxes, and then go towards the old scout camp in the lower right corner of the map.

5

The bridge leading to the camp is broken. Standing with your back to him, go right along the cliff. Somewhere nearby there will be a cliff from which you can jump. When approached, the corresponding command will appear.

Jump down and go to the camp. There are several old hideouts here. In one of the shelters, a leaflet about a missing person hangs on the wall. If you go between the middle and left cover, you will see a tree. An ax is stuck in a tree.

6

Next to the tree in which there was an ax, there is a clearing with logs. Go through this clearing to the left. There will be dense thickets here, through which you can make your way using the ax you found.

Use the map and find a very thin gorge that goes to the northeast. Follow there, to the northeast, until you see a damaged tree. Cut it down so that it falls down, and then return to the other side of the narrow gorge. You must return to the Wapiti Meadow. But to end the day, you just have to complete the conversation with Delilah, which will last a few minutes. So you don’t even have to go to the Wapiti meadow after the conversation with Delilah begins.

Day 77

Your goal for the day is to head to Poplar Creek (on the Cottonwood Creek map). You will learn about this after a conversation with Delilah. Find the poster she's talking about. He sees on the beam of one of the windows of your tower.

Head south from the Two Paths tower, crossing the Ruby River and following the path west. Even if you have opened cache box 308 before, go to it anyway. The access code to open it is already different, it was replaced by Delilah. Enter 5678. Collect a new walkie-talkie to update the target.

Your next task is to break into the Wapiti Meadow. Head north from cache box 308, following the circle of rocks on the ground. The location on the map is called Medicine Whell. Go through the place where you descended on the first day (we called it "Landslide"). You will find yourself on Jonesy Lake. Follow the path that leads to the right.

When you get to the place, then open the gate using an ax and you can continue moving to the Wapiti Meadow. Just outside the gate there is a wooden box. If you pick it up, you will find a tablet with a note about a secret laboratory.

Go left and turn right. There will be a destroyed stone bridge. Jump over it, turn left. Follow the path and examine the radio tower with the generator. Go down and see a clearing with a tent and a radio tower. Examine the beeping device and tripod.

7

Before leaving the location, go into the tent and inspect the hard box on the right side at the entrance. Inside lies a wave receiver. Take it and inspect. This device will be instead of a compass. If you go to the back of the tent, then the squeak will become stronger. Approach the table and move the cursor over the map, the tablet hanging to the right, the barometer and the seismograph. Next, hover over the papers scattered on the table. The inscription "Junk" should appear. Clear the trash by clicking the left mouse button. Pick up the black device, and then examine the folder with the case of Henry and Delilah. That's it! Talk to Delilah.

Follow back to the tower "Two Paths". At the top, look at the column of smoke (as soon as you jump over the stone bridge). Report it to Delilah, who will try to figure something out with the evacuation. The download will start again, but this day is not over yet!

You have to learn the wave receiver, which is actually somewhat difficult. Move along the path that leads from the tower "Two Paths" to the Medicine Wheel location. There is a small clearing on your map, on the right side, above the letter E from the name of the location - Medicine Wheel. Here is the location on the map:

8

You will find a strange backpack and a key for cave 452. Break the alarm. The only thing left for you to do on this day is to go back to the Two Paths tower. Climb up and remove the player from the door. After listening to the recording, talk in the end with Delilah.

Day 78

After talking with Delilah, head to explore cave 452. It is marked on your map and you have already passed through it several times. It is located north of the Two Paths tower, not far from Thunder Gorge. When you find yourself in a cave, then use the key to open the door. Go inside the cave and move forward until you are at the point of descent down. But you can't go down there. Turn left and find some rocks. Destroy them using the axe. Move like this, along different ledges, until you find yourself on the street.

Walk forward and go down to some sort of hideout that you can explore.

9

It should be noted right away that this location will not appear on your map until you find it yourself. You must collect all the items that you see while talking in parallel with Delilah in any way you see fit. Move the homemade sign lying on the table. Here you will find a lot of items - various notes, a video game and, most importantly, a bunch of hooks. Get this link for sure. With these hooks, you can now descend deeper into the cave.

Climb up the ledge on the other side and look to the left. There will be a stone with a large crack. Insert the hook there and go down the rope.

Follow the path west, and then go south along it, back to cave 452. You must again use the key to open the gate. Go forward, go down the ledge and find a crack on the left side of the wall. Insert the hook into this crack and go down the rope.

You can only go one way, and Delilah can't keep radio contact with you. Enjoy a quiet time exploring and exploring the cave. Climb down and find the dead body. Step over the body. And then go outside, continuing to walk on. From the street, you can radio Delilah and report the find. After the conversation, the last day will begin.

Day 79

Chat with Delilah until your objective is updated. You must again follow the wave receiver. You need to go back to the Landslide (where you went down on the first day).

Use the rope with a hook to go down, and then follow the path to the west (immediately go in that direction so that the receiver is east - the letter W). Take the road north when you can. If you stick to this path that goes north, the wave receiver will lead you to a collar, an audio cassette, and a rope that leads up the mountain.

Listen to the audio cassette, which will clarify the events. Now climb to the top and go to the end of the trail to explore the surroundings a little more. Follow up the hill, you should see a pile of garbage, a clothesline and a makeshift hatch. Open this hatch and go down. Examine all kinds of documents. After that, be sure to contact Delilah yourself.

During the exploration of the location, you will learn a new goal. We need to go north to evacuate. Open the map and you will see arrows that point to the top. Delilah was there all summer long. You can move in any way you wish. You were on that side when you took the supplies. In our case, the path lay through Jonesy Lake, then Thunder Gorge. Go north to be in the supply area. Next, you need to move to the northeast.

Keep moving forward until you reach the cable car, allowing you to get over to the other side. Climb up Delilah's tower and contact her using the headphones on the table. When you're done, leave the tower, go down to the helicopter and confirm your desire to return home. This completes the Firewatch walkthrough .
