How to complete the Founding Father event in Goat Simulator 3

Get to the island and take the elevator up. Near the tall statue of the Founding Father, this event will activate. Jump onto the statue using the fans nearby. At the top, go down to the hand with the fishing rod and hit the reel. Hit it a few more times to pull the islands with the lighthouse out of the water.
