Walkthrough True Stalker

Before starting the game, select your desired difficulty level. The main character is Topor, a stalker who returned to the Exclusion Zone in order to finally study what is outside the Cordon.



Chapter 1. "Arrival"

Additional task “Stash”

Get out of the basement, where you will wake up after drinking with Yurk. Follow the marker to the marked building. Make sure this task is highlighted in the journal (J key). After entering the old barn, find the wooden stairs, go up and go to the far part. Bend down where necessary (CTRL key). By the way, the X key is used instead of the standard Shift key to run. Search the bag to pick up your swag and complete the task.

Story mission “First earnings”

This quest will start automatically at the beginning of the first chapter. Head outside and follow the marker to Sidorovich's bunker. Listen to him, and he will direct you to find the artifact hunter. When you're ready, leave the newcomer village and follow the marker to the tunnel. Examine the highlighted corpse, take the PDA, and soon the real hunter Sidorovich will appear.



Story mission “New Foray”

After talking with him, return to Sidorovich and decide what to do - lie and confirm the hunter’s death, or report that he is trying to deceive Sidorovich. I chose the first option and the task was completed. Sidorovich will offer you a job as an artifact hunter.

Reward : 1000 rubles.



Additional task “Little things”

Continue chatting with Sidorovich after the mission “New Foray” and ask for the laptop. He will tell you that he sent it to a local technician for repairs. Go up to the newcomer village, find the “wrench” icon on the map and look into the technician’s house. Ask for the laptop, then take it back to Sidorovich.

Additional task “Unusual Artifact”

You need to talk with Gobber, whom you will meet in the village of newcomers (a dialogue icon will appear). I recommend completing the first part of the story mission “Artifacts for the Trader”, and after that go back to Gobber and agree to the task. You will move behind the embankment. Follow Gobber, kill the mutants and look for the artifact in the marked area (with or without a detector). After the battle, show Gobber the Heart of a Dog artifact.



Return to the newcomer village, trust Gobber, who will tell you that he will contact you later. After a while he will actually get in touch. Return to the village, talk to him and collect your reward.

Reward : 4500 rubles, army first aid kit.



Story task "??artifacts for the merchant"

Head north from the newcomer village where the marker points. Pick up a simple detector and use it to look for artifacts among the anomalies. Click on "6" to switch to bolts and throw them. This way you can bypass the anomalies. After picking up two artifacts, you will update the task. At the same time, you will be asked to find artifacts for the merchant in the second place.

Follow the marker to the tunnel where there was a pseudo-dog in the original game. Throw bolts to avoid the anomalies and find the only artifact. On the way out you will be stopped by Shnyra, who will demand an artifact. Refuse, there will be no fight.



Next you will be directed behind the embankment. If you have already completed the mission with Gobber, you will have to move there on your own. There are two options: pay 500 rubles to the military under the bridge or go through the tunnel with electricians, near which the body was found. As you move through the tunnel, constantly throw bolts, as the anomalies are spaced quite densely. Along the way, use the detector to find artifacts. Also hidden in a concrete pipe near the right wall is a TOZ-34 shotgun with cartridges. Towards the end of the tunnel, the electra will disappear. Get to the third place with artifacts and use the detector. You must find two artifacts at once. Only after this return to Sidorovich to complete the task.

Reward : for three artifacts (Sidorovich will take one each??mu from each place) you will receive 5250 rubles.

Additional task “Dead in the Anomaly”

At some point, Yurok will contact you, who will inform you that the warriors who were pursuing you died in the anomaly. This task will begin. We recommend that you complete the task on the way back to Sidorovich after searching for all the artifacts. You will cross a bridge where a tragedy recently occurred with the military who were pursuing the main character. You are unlikely to find anything valuable among ordinary soldiers, but one of the sergeants will have an important walkie-talkie. This item will be highlighted as important to the task and will likely prove useful later on.



Additional task “Master from Cordon”

Behind the bridge, in the building on the right, where the fox was in the original game, you can chat with the Fierce. This is how this task begins. Talk to him about the topic of exoskeletons, and after this dialogue the quest will become active. More detailed information about the technician's positioning and other aspects of the mission will be provided in the next chapter.

Story assignment “Old Friends”

This task will begin after you help Sidorovich search for artifacts in three different places. If you wish, you can take other tasks from Sidorovich:

  • Find the artifact “Blood of Stone”: cartridges 12x70 shot x10, 3500 rubles, first aid kit.
  • Get the tail of a pseudo-dog: 3000 rubles, 5.45x39 mm BP x60 cartridges, scientific first aid kit.


The rear is actually a lot. Next, you need to talk to the Fan, who will ask you to find dynamite. The Wolf hid this explosive not far from the ATP, and then used it to destroy the dogs' shelter. In the process of searching for explosives, you will inevitably encounter a military patrol. This can be either a single soldier or a whole group, so be on your guard. When you reach the place indicated by the marker, go to the second carriage, where the dynamite will be located. After you collect the explosives, a new mission called “Lair of Mutants” will begin.

Story mission “Lair of Mutants”

Reach the indicated location on the map. While your comrades are repelling the attack of a pack of dogs, infiltrate their hideout and place explosives there. Exploring the cave will not be useful, since no valuable items will be found inside. As a reward for completing the task, you will be given 900 rubles and a faulty copy of “Ksyusha” with additional equipment. Agree to go back to the village with the stalkers to immediately contact the repairman and take part in another key story mission.

Story mission “The first machine gun”

Meet with Mikhalych and give him the machine gun. After this, you have to take on the next story mission, whichIt is called “Strange Glows”.

Story mission “Strange Glows”

You need to wait until night falls. This can be done by using any available bed, be it in the basement where you started your adventure, or in Sidorovich's bunker. Wait until midnight (00:00) and then head to the nearest anomaly. At this point you will encounter three poltergeists. You have to decide: destroy them or immediately return back to the village. If you decide to get rid of the monsters, it will be enough to shoot from any weapon at the center of their white glow. Upon your return, be sure to share your impressions with Mikhalych. He will agree to repair your machine.

Story mission “Nothing Changes”

As soon as you leave the building, Yurok will invite you to join a group of stalkers gathered around the fire. The next morning you will receive a message from Mikhalych with information that the repair of your weapon has been completed. All you have to do is pick up the updated machine gun, and at the same time Mikhalych will assign you additional tasks related to finding various tools.

Additional task "Tools for rough work"

To complete the task, go to the ATP and look for the yellow bus located in front of the object itself. You will find it to the right of the main entrance. You won't need to get into the bus??With; instead, jump onto the nearby rusty barrels. From this height you will have the opportunity to collect tools. To do this, you will need to hold down the Ctrl and X keys.

Additional task “Tools for fine work”

You can only find a set of tools in the second chapter of the game, after you get to the location called the Depot. After leaving this place, head forward to the tunnel. However, it should be remembered that it is not recommended to penetrate there without an optical sight due to the large number of bandits who have good accuracy. Once you reach the fork, go up the steps into the room marked with a red glow. Pay attention to the left side of the room: here you will find a metal table, and on its bottom shelf will be the tools you are looking for.

Additional task "Tools for calibration"

The tools you need to find in the Dark Valley location will become available only in the third chapter of the story. Once you are in this area, head to the entrance to the factory building, which has been occupied by bandits. However, do not go inside the building. Instead, pay attention to the area behind the gas station, where you will see three large tanks. You need to climb onto the roof of the tanks and go to the farthest one, which has an opening with a ladder. Go down these stairs and there you will find what you are looking for??tools.

Story mission “Cleansing”

Contact Sidorovich with a question about the availability of any work. The merchant will entrust you with the task of destroying a pack of dogs that have settled in the area between the ATP and the anomalous tunnel. Keep in mind that there will be a lot of dogs, so make sure you have enough ammunition. You can also use a nearby anomaly as a tactical advantage. Approach her and wait until most of the dogs are within her range. For completing this task you will receive a reward of 1000 rubles, as well as a first aid kit, canned food and armor-piercing cartridges for the Kalashnikov assault rifle.

Story quest “Working as a guide”

Before you begin the task from Sidorovich, you can take other side quests from him. These tasks are updated regularly and most often involve searching for artifacts, items, or eliminating other stalkers. Go down to the basement and chat with Yurk. Since he is feeling unwell after last night's events, you will have to temporarily take over as his guide.

To the east of the checkpoint is a tunnel that Yurok usually uses to guide newcomers through. The task should start early in the morning, between 04:00 and 08:00. After waiting for the right time, move along the fence until you reach the tunnel, and there you will talk to Andes??yuhoy Dikim. If there are military personnel at a checkpoint, be extremely careful. In our case, we dealt with them in advance, which allowed us to pass through a small section of the road without any problems. However, when approaching one of the stalkers who felt unwell, he will attack Topor, and then the newcomers will rob the main character. As a result, you will only have the previously found walkie-talkie in your backpack.

Story mission “Stolen Goods”

Return to Yurk in the basement and tell him about what happened. To help, he will provide you with his pistol and some supplies. Yurok will also share information about where to look for thieves. There is no need to inspect the elevator, since there will be no thieves there. Head directly to the Farm, crossing the bridge. At the Farm, stalkers have occupied the nearest building, but they will not offer resistance. You have the right to kill them and search the corpses; in the pockets of one of them you will find the coordinates of the cache. Don't forget to pick up your things, which will be in a small box by the window. It is worth considering that Yurok will be upset if you decide to kill the novice stalkers.

Additional task “The Missing Stalker”

After talking with Yurk, at the exit you will meet a stalker named Shaiba. He will ask you to find his friend, who went for swag and disappeared. To complete the task, head to b?Checkpoint under the bridge and enter the Elevator territory. Along the way you will hear cries for help. It is important to find Kiryukha in time, otherwise he will lie motionless and you will not be able to interact with him. If this happens, you will have to load your last save and immediately enter the one-story building to trigger the cutscene.

After this, unusual flesh will appear. Kill her and listen to the last words of the dying Kiryukha. Then return to Shaiba and tell him what happened. If you are ready, go on a sortie with your squad. It is not necessary to destroy all enemies, as the ejection will begin soon. Kill one monster and follow the stalkers to the tunnel. There, also destroy several mutants and watch the cutscene on the game engine. Upon returning to the village, you will receive a reward of 7,000 rubles and a scientific first aid kit.

Additional task “Best offer”

During your journey to the Junkyard crossing, you will come across a guy who is trying to start his car, but he doesn't have enough gas. The question arises whether you should help him. Let's look at this situation in more detail. If you decide to return to the village and ask Mikhalych for help, you will have to pay 1000 rubles for a can of gasoline. However, it turns out that Vasyan won’t actually need this canister. When you deliver the gas to him, he will tell you about the Bundy attack.Comrade As a reward for your participation in his story, you will receive a hunting scope, a TOZ gun and 1,500 rubles.

Additional task “Fear of the unknown”

Before heading to the Scrapyard, we strongly advise you to complete all currently available side quests. Although you can return to them later, completing the tasks at the current stage may be more convenient. Above we have already described all the additional missions that can be found in the Cordon location. When you're ready to continue the main story, head to the passage to the Landfill. If you have already completed the "Best Offer" quest, then you have probably already encountered a group of bandits holding control of a checkpoint. Behind the checkpoint building, in the bushes, you will find a cache that contains military first aid kits and anti-radiation agents. The transition to the Junkyard marks the beginning of a new chapter of the game called "Beyond the Cordon."

Chapter 2. “Beyond the Cordon”

Story mission "Prisoners"

After your arrival at the Scrapyard, you will meet Mishgan. This stalker will tell you about his comrades who were captured by bandits at an equipment dump. Mishgan will offer you a job and promises to pay you 10 thousand rubles at once, and will also give you a choice: either start an attack from the hill, or act as bait. Choosing a decoy may be more convenient since the enemies have ho?They have excellent accuracy and can kill in just a few bursts. If you decide to become bait, wait until Mishgan kills two enemies, then immediately open fire on nearby enemies. After this, you have to clear the camp and free the prisoners. At the end of the quest you will have the opportunity to return 10 thousand rubles to Mishgan. In return, he will give you 2 thousand rubles and provide access to a new task called “Trader from the Landfill”.

Story quest “Junkyard Trader”

If you decide not to go with your new friends to the merchant, then soon a small group of bandits will appear at the equipment dump. You should head to the Depot and talk to Patron. He will tell you that Crutch is currently busy, so you will have to find something else to do. At this point, three new activities will appear in your task log: "Outpost of Duty", "Flea Market" and "Forest". As soon as you complete all these tasks and get to the Bar, where you will receive a new task, the previous quest will be considered failed. But at the same time, a new task called “The Messenger” will begin.

Story mission “Deserter”

In front of Duty Outpost, you will find a ruined building known as the Flea Market. A military man will be waiting for you there, looking for a way to leave the Zone. Agree to help him and take him to Yurk, located at the beginning of the location. On the way to Yurk you will meetdogs and a group of stalkers. Try to explain to the stalkers that you are acting as a guide and that the business you are involved in should not worry them. This will help avoid unnecessary conflicts and safely deliver the military personnel to their destination.

Additional task “Playing with fire”

To get the task, go to the bar and talk to different stalkers. I recommend talking to everyone present to activate the quest “Boogo’s Cache.” The markers for this quest will be located near the bar, so they will be easy to find. When you reach the indicated point, prepare to encounter three fire poltergeists. In this situation, a shotgun is the best choice, since with its help you can quickly destroy poltergeists, usually just a few shots are enough.

As a reward for successfully completing the task you will receive: the Fireball artifact, a scientific first aid kit, 2000 rubles. These items can be very useful later in the game.

Story mission “The Secret of the Dyatlov Outpost”

After visiting the Dolga outpost, be sure to talk to the commander. He will assign you the task of monitoring the camp after midnight due to strange events occurring in this place. After completing a conversation with the commander, you will see a cutscene in the game engine. After its completion, go to Dyatlov and race??tell him what happened. Your next task is to collect information about the anomaly from local residents.

Return to the Depot and talk to all the stalkers. One of them, Fedya Graf, located in the far right corner of the hangar, will tell you who may be aware of what is happening. Then go to the “Field” anomaly, located behind the Flea Market. Wait until the stalker is ready to talk and ask him for details. After completing the dialogue, meet again with Dyatlov and one of his subordinates, who will direct you to the Mysterious Forest. Be careful, as the path there is long and dangerous, full of anomalies. Upon arrival at the place, you will see another cutscene in the engine, where you will learn the fate of the missing Duty fighter.

Since the commander has gone to Bar, you have several more tasks to complete before you can meet him in person and report your discoveries. After completing the next task, Dyatlov will ask you to find Averyanov, who escaped from the outpost. You will have to go into the forest again, watch a cutscene, and then return to the outpost. Dyatlov will ask you to choose a reward:

  • Abakan (with the ability to install a sight and a grenade launcher), GP-25 “Koster” grenade launcher, 2 batteries, 2 army first aid kits, 1 mineral water.
  • Steel helmet (with chemical protection +10% and radio protection +10%), 4 batteries, 2 army first aid kits, 1 mineral water.
  • Day??i (13,000 rubles), 2 batteries, 2 army first aid kits, 1 mineral water.

Additional task “An unusual request”

This quest will begin after your conversation with the sergeant who helped the main character avoid capture by bandits. To continue the quest, you need to return to the Depot and find a character named Corvalol, who is usually located by the fire. Corvalol will give the hero an artifact and a token, which are intended to be given to the sergeant. Upon arrival in Bar, you will have the opportunity to make a choice: give Sergeant Lyubeznov only the token, or give him both the token and the artifact. If you decide to act honestly and give both items, you will receive the key to the bandit cache as a reward. This action will start a new quest called "The Loot". Your decisions in this quest will affect not only the rewards you receive, but also your relationships with the characters in the game, and may also open up additional opportunities as you progress through the story.

Additional task “Loot”

Now that you have the key to the bandit cache, you should go to the indicated location, which is located behind the Depot in the Landfill, in a long tunnel. Previously, you could find a set of tools for fine work in this tunnel, but could not open the locked door. Now that you have the key, it's time to go back and open it. Inside this bandit cache you will find n?? only weapons and artifacts, but also the improved Veles detector. This detector will be especially useful for detecting rarer and more valuable artifacts in the Zone. Make sure you are armed and prepared for any surprises, as dangers can always lurk in the Zone. These finds can significantly improve your equipment and increase your chances of survival later in the game.

Story quest “Help to Debt”

This quest is activated during your journey to the Mysterious Forest on the previous task. Not far from this location there is a Swamp near the substation, which was occupied by bandits. There are about six people in this place, so be sure to stock up on enough ammo and first aid kits before going. After successfully completing the task in the Swamp at the substation, you need to return to the Duty Outpost and meet with the commander. During the conversation, you must also report to him about the death of the missing soldier, information about whom you received in the Mysterious Forest. This dialogue will be important for the continuation of the game's plot.

Additional task "Messenger"

After talking with the merchant at the Depot and his guard, you will receive a new task. You have to go to the location "Camp on the Rocks", located in the western part of the map. Upon arrival at the place, destroy two pseudo-dogs and chat with Myslav, after which a new ass will begin??nie. During the dialogue with Myslav, you will receive information about his three comrades scattered throughout the Zone. You need to find them to find out the code to the safe.

How to find Tail in the Dump

Unfortunately, you learn that the stalker Tail died during one of the raids. You will find his corpse in the landfill between the Flea Market and the Helicopter Graveyard. This location will be marked on your map and as you get closer you will see a corpse icon. In Tail's pockets you will find a lot of ammunition and an improved L85A2 rifle with a collimator sight. You can use this rifle for your own needs or sell it if you need money. Continue exploring to find the rest of Myslav's comrades and solve the code to the safe.

How to find Barin on Cordon

To find the Barin, head to the village and move towards the checkpoint. Not far from the road, on the left, you will notice a tent near a fire. Barin lies next to her. Examine his pockets to find useful supplies and an OTs-14 Thunder. This item will start the quest "A Unique Thunderstorm".

How to find Mityai at Agroprom

To find Mityai, follow the road to the tunnel, then turn right. Walk past the railroad tracks and look for Mityai's body on the hill. Nakhodka will give you the code to the diggers' safe.

Story mission “Bar. After blackout"

Now that you have earned the trust of the Debt group, go to the Bar. On arrivalthere you will see a video during which the main character comes to his senses right in the bar and meets the Bartender. After this, leave the bar and chat with Sergeant Lyubeznov, who will be nearby. In addition, it is worth paying attention to the Arena, located near the Bar. The kidnappers will be waiting for you there. In the Arena, you can participate in battles that can start once every 24 game hours. This will give you additional opportunities to explore the game world and gain additional resources or experience.

Additional task “Bukhoy’s cache”

After you have dealt with the poltergeists, you should go into the garage and go down into the viewing hole. In this pit you will find a backpack. Interact with him to trigger a cutscene. After watching the cutscene and returning to consciousness, you will meet a character named Drinking Buddy. During the dialogue with the Drinking Buddy, you will be given a choice that will affect further events: you can decide to kill him or leave him alive. If you decide to kill the Drinking Buddy, he will give you the coordinates of two hiding places at once. If you decide not to touch it, only one cache will become available to you. This choice is important because it determines the amount of resources and information you will be able to obtain during the quest. It's also worth considering the moral aspects of your decision, right?? how they can affect the perception of the game world and relationships with other characters.

Story mission “Locked Case”

Having the code to the safe, go to the nearest stalker base. Hand over your weapons and talk to the leader. Use the opportunity to open the safe and remove the case. Code - 127625. After this, do not agree to protect the plant. Return the guns and return to the Depot. Give the case to Crutch to increase your reputation and receive 10 thousand rubles and a medium backpack. Decide whether to share the share with the Patron.

Additional task “Unique “Thunderstorm””

Show Mikhalych the weapon you found. Choose: fulfill his order in exchange for repairs or sell the weapon for 3,500 rubles. In the hangar, which is the Depot, find the entrance to the tunnels to search for components. They can be found through the hangar, the hatch near the truck, or the hatch near the entrance to the tunnel with the bandits. Inside, collect all the necessary items. Story quest “Local doctor”

Crutch will direct you to Dr. Gamzat. After the meeting you will find yourself at the Flea Market. Your task is to attract the attention of the bloodsucker. Approach the monster within shooting distance and open fire. When the bloodsucker becomes invisible, quickly return to the destroyed building. The hero will be attacked, which is part of the plot. After this, you will wake up in the basement, and the task will bet completed after talking with the doctor.

Chapter 3: "Bandit Valley"

This section describes the story and additional quests of the third chapter.

Story mission “Dark Valley”

Arriving at a new location, communicate with a group of bandits. After an initial refusal, they will give the go-ahead. Run to the factory, avoiding dogs and flesh (use energy drink to move quickly). Before entering the plant, Vasyan Rambo will require anti-radiation devices, so make sure to purchase them in advance.

Additional task “Masters from Cordon”

This is a continuation of the mission started at Cordon. A local master was captured by the bandits of the Dark Valley. Freeing him will require completing several quests.

First of all, talk to the bandit leader. On the way, Rotten will stop you and offer you the task “Devilliness at the Factory.” Rescuing the Mute involves completing a number of missions, including the Freedom Cache.

While Crutch is away, complete the bandits' mission. After talking with Rotten, walk a little forward along the hangar and go into the first room on the right. A cutscene will begin.

It is important to act quickly: as soon as you gain control, use the shotgun and attack the poltergeist guard. After completing the quest at the factory, find two wooden boxes with Thunderstorm and ammunition on the roof.

Story mission “Setup”

After trying to leave the location, Ax will check the box with artifacts, which will contain stones. Return to the bandit leader for new instructions. You will have to collect the artifacts yourself or pay 50 thousand rubles. At this moment the quest “Work in the Valley” will appear.

Story mission “Work in the Valley”

If you examined the corpses, you will find a cache at a gas station with a Veles detector, FN P90 and cartridges. Then head to Rotten at the factory.

Underground exploration: code search

After talking with Rotten, go to the X-18 laboratory. Open the door and go downstairs, where snorkels and jerboas are waiting for you. In the room with the bloodsucker there is a corpse with all the necessary information and codes to the doors (1243 and 9524). Go through the flooded hall, where you will meet the burer, and find a locked door. In the backpack behind bars you will find weapons, overalls and PDA. A poltergeist leader will appear, with whom you will have to fight.

Story mission “The Disappearance of a Stalker”

This task begins after talking with Rotten in front of the laboratory. Find the corpse in the room with the bloodsucker and study the map to continue the quest.

Story assignment “Working in a brigade”

Continue working for the bandits. Talk to Lenka Chikmento at the Farm and pay him 1,500 rubles. He will direct you to Incompetent. Find the artifact by tracking its movements and kill the Hunter Controller to obtain the artifact.

Additional task “Scanner in Electra”

Get this quest from the scientist in the swamps. Go through the anomalies and install the scanner.

Story mission “Cache of Freedom”

Perform sabotage at the field kitchen in the bandit camp, and then return to Rotten. After the explosion at the pipe, return to the bandits.

Additional task “Amateur Radio”

This quest starts with the technician at the Farm. Find the radio and lamp, then return to the Farm to deal with the sniper and zombified stalkers.

After completing these tasks, the third chapter of the game will be completed.

Chapter 4: "Dungeon Master"

This section is devoted to all the main and additional tasks of the fourth story chapter.

Story mission "Dungeons"

The main task of this chapter is to find a way out of the dungeon and face the mysterious Dungeon Master.

After killing a group of bandits, turn left at the fork and go down. Take supplies from the shelves and table. In a long corridor, do not attack zombies, otherwise it will lead to instant death. In the next corridor you will find a mountain of corpses. Examine them to obtain coordinates of caches and notes.

Don't go down the stairs, there are only anomalies there. Turn right and follow the long corridor with a green glow. Bandits are waiting for you at the fork, but don't attack them - the Dungeon Master will handle it himself.m.

Find the wounded stalker at the exit, give him a first aid kit and continue to the destroyed house. Beware of anomalies. In the house, take the letter from the table and go back. The ax will be in the new tunnel.

How to kill the Dungeon Master
