Look for the crowd near the portal to Echo Deskari's lair, just below. There will be a leader among them. Talk to him and find out where to find Zofrian. Go to the Bliss of Battle arena and look to the left of the entrance for a winged demon labeled Beggar. This is Zofirian. Chat with him and find out for the Mage Tower.
