At the beginning of Black Mirror, you will control John Gordon, who is in the middle of the night in the middle of the Scottish highlands and is hiding in a panic from an unknown pursuer. Just move forward until you stop at the cliff. Interact with the small wooden mannequin. Keep moving, and then follow the right, up the slope.


Along the way, interact with the ghostly figure of a woman or leave her. A little further you will see a stone circle where John will begin his ritual. He will cut his hand, drip blood on the stone altar, and mutter something in Gaelic. Obviously, John sees no other way but to kill himself. Enter the facility to the right of the altar first, and then the one with the lamp to the left. Eventually, John will catch fire.

Start

Some time after the horrific death of John Gordon, his son David travels to the Black Mirror family estate, which he inherited. You can look out the window, but it's not necessary. In the car, open the box next to David and read the letter from his mother who lived with him in India. In addition, take the item from the box, which is a miniature model of the castle. There is a note on the item by David's father with several obscure equations. They will be useful to you, but much later. As soon as you study three items, you will reach the castle.


Andrew Harrison, the Gordon family's lawyer, will meet David in front of the house. Chat with him on all topics, then talk with Lady Margaret's grandmother and again with Andrew, who will have to prove his identity. An object will fall out of the pocket, and Andrew will not miss this moment. Whether you tell the truth or lie, the decision will not affect the course of the storyline. Follow on, take a look at the picture in front of you, where you recognize David's grandfather, Edward. Examine the objects lying under it. Follow Angus, along the way you can notice the missing wallpaper on the wall. A few more steps and you will be in David's room.

The Gordon heir will be even more frightened when he hears his grandfather's clock chime. Shortly after that, you will move to a new accommodation and be able to explore the room. Take a look at the painting above the fireplace. David will notice that the model fragment appears to be from a castle miniature. To view the castle at night, you need a light source.

In bed, open the suitcase and examine the telegram, father's photo and passport. The matches lying here are especially important. Take them with you and go to the table at the front of the room. Open the box on the table, take the photo - such collectiblesthere are a lot in the game! This will unlock three additional puzzles in the Tools menu. If you finish the puzzles, you will get access to art. But back to the game: focus on the candlestick inside the box. Light it with matches from the suitcase. Now you can leave the room. If you want, you can go to the cabinet to the left of the fireplace and find another photo in it. Leave David's bedroom.
