According to the commenters on Reddit, this box has already been withdrawn. Although the inscription was clearly made to amuse the buyer, and not offend the game developer, Sony and Naughty Dog were completely open about the sexual orientation of the main character - Ellie, showing her closeness with her friend in the trailers.
