Project Athia from Square Enix will have an open world

Yosuke Matsuda, president of Square Enix, said in an interview that Project Athia is an open-world game.

Matsuda did not reveal any other details about the game, but said that Square Enix is making games for different platforms. The authors from Luminous Productions worked on Final Fantasy XV. Project Athia is a free roaming open world game .

The release date is still unknown.
