Talents are special perks, some of which are passive, while others are active. Each skill has several talents that you unlock as you level up the skill. And then choose the desired talent and open it on the appropriate tab. Please read the description carefully as it contains activation conditions. For example, one talent can be activated if you kill an enemy with an automatic weapon (and he will add 3 AP to you), and the other is fully active, and you can activate it through the action bar at the bottom of the screen, right during the battle.
