Fallout 4 is the last full-fledged role-playing game in the post-apocalyptic universe. It has many innovations, but also retained the principles of previous titles - Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. One of the returning features is the presence of a console line in which you can enter a certain code that allows you to get a variety of items, properties, and so on.
How to use the Fallout 4 console?
To use the console, you must open a special window. On the keyboard, this happens by pressing the ~ key ("Ё" in the Russian layout). Next, enter the desired command from the lists below and confirm the action by pressing Enter. When you decide to close the console, then click again on ~.
Basic codes for Fallout 4
- tim - make the character immortal;
- tgm - another option with the immortality of the protagonist;
- tcl - your character will be able to travel through walls;
- setownership - make something yours
- tmm 1 - see the list of available game locations;
- showracemenu - change the appearance of the main character;
- kill - kill the character pointed to by the mouse cursor;
- resurrect - resurrect the character pointed to by the mouse cursor;
- unlock - open the door, chest, safe or other locked object pointed to by the cursor;
- lock X- close the door, lock, safe and other lockable object with a combination lock (N takes values from 0 to 100 and corresponds to the level of the future lock);
- activate - open any door pointed to by the cursor (we are talking about doors that are electronically closed and opened with buttons and switches; does not apply to mechanical locks unlocked with master keys and keys);
- player.modav health N - increase the maximum limit of health points to the specified value (instead of N, enter a numeric value);
- player.modav actionpoints N - increase the maximum limit of action points to the specified value (instead of N, enter a numeric value);
- player.modav carryweight N - increase the maximum carrying weight to the specified value (instead of N, enter a numerical value);
- Removeallitems - remove all items that are on the character pointed to by the mouse cursor;
- setgs fJumpHeightMin N - change the jump height (the higher the numeric value of N, the greater the height will be; use in conjunction with invulnerability);
- player.setav speedmult N - change the running speed of the main character (the higher the numerical value, the faster your character);
- tfc - activate free flight of the camera (great option if you want to create some colorful screenshots);
- tm - hide the interface (a good addition to the previous command, since without an interface it will be possible to create more realistic screenshots; if you wantthose to return the interface, press ~ and enter the same command blindly; i.e. you won't see the interface, including the console line);
- setscale [N] - change the size of the main character (takes a value from 0 to 10);
- sexchange - change the sex of the main character;
- player/additem 0000000f [N] - instead of N, specify the desired number of caps;
- player/additem 0000000a [N] - instead of N, specify the desired number of master keys;
- player.additem [item ID] [N] - instead of N, specify the desired amount of the item you want to receive, and look for item IDs in the lists below;
- coc qasmoke - find yourself in a test room filled with boxes with various things from the game (here you can just find out the ID of each item yourself; you need to open the console and click LMB on the desired item);
- set timescale to [N] - increase or decrease the speed of time in the game. When you set 16.1, you get real time, when you enter 1, you stop it, and when you specify 10,000, the day will fly by in one second.
- tdetect - stealth mode (enemies will not see you);
- player.modav [skill ID] [N] - instead of N, specify the level for the desired skill (look for the ID below);
- player.setlevel [N] - instead of N, specify the desired level of the main character;
- caqs - Complete all story missions
- TWF - activate sect and Wire Frame mode;
- Getpos x / y / z - find out the location of the object (but it works only for one axis, that is, you need to enter x, y or z);
- Setpos x/y/z N = same as abovemande works only for one axis and allows you to set the position of the object along it;
- Getangle x/y/z – get the angle of the object;
- Setangle x/y/z N – select the desired angle of the object;
- Rotate x/y/z N – rotate the object;
- Setscale N - select the size of the item;
- player.setav carryweight [N] - instead of N, specify the desired value of the current weight;
- inv - when you hover your mouse over items in your inventory, you will see their ID;
- player.additem [ID] - get the desired item;
If you want to change the value of the main character's attributes, enter the command:
- player.setav XY, where X is the attribute/ability name and Y is the value.
