Genshin Impact Guide - How Dating Works in 1.4

After reaching the required Adventure Rank and completing the respective quests, Adventurers can use the Key of Legends to unlock the quests of the legends Barbara, Noelle, Chun Yun, and Bennet.

Legend Quests are unlocked at Adventure Rank 26. The Legend Key can be obtained by completing daily quests. Complete 8 daily quests to get one key.

These are unlimited quests that became available in the Genshin Impact 1.4 update. Also, to access them , you need to complete the tasks of the Archons "Prologue: Act 3. Song of Dragon Freedom" . As soon as tasks are unlocked, you will see them in the event (events) panel.

In the new series, you can go on a date with Barbara, Noelle, Chun Yun and Bennett. You will need two Legend Keys to unlock the event. That is, you will not be able to unlock everything in one day. Esland saved on keys, then at best you can unlock two meetings in a day. Then complete errands on new days.

Basics, Rewards, and Encounter Endings

After unlocking any event from the "Meetings" (Dating) category in Genshin Impact, you will be able to find out the history of the selected character.

In a way, it resembles one of the familiar visual novels. I think miHoYo used "dating sim" mechanics here. In either case, the chosen character will appear in front of you, and dialogue options that can be soft, friendly or cause a negative reaction.

Also note the pulsating hearts. If the pulse drops too low, the quest may fail. Based on the dialogues you choose and the heartbeat readings, the game will generate one of the possible endings for the encounter.

After the end or closer to the end of the meeting, you will be able to see the scheme of its passage, all the branching paths that led you to a specific final. For example, in the screenshot below, you can see the branching path of a date with Bennett. In one of the endings, I gave Bennett's dish to another Traveler, poisoning the poor fellow. In another ending, Bennet sacrificed himself and was stunned.

Note . If you get to the end of the date, you can replay it from anywhere in the story. You will have to go through familiar dialogues and actions, choose something else to see a different ending.

Endings of meetings and dates in Genshin Impact

Some endings will give you great rewards, including Adventure Rank experience and materials. The more endings you unlock, the better the rewards will be.

Here are the rewards for Bennet's endings:

• One Ending - 5 Hero XP and 5 Teyvat Crispy Eggs
• Two endings - 20 Source Stones and 3 Struggle Instruction.
• Three Endings - 5 Hero XP and 3 Agnidus Agate Fragment
• Four Endings - 20 Source Stones and 5 Teyvat Crispy Eggs
• Five Endings - 5 Hero XP and 3 Agnidus Agate Fragment
• Six Endings - 20 Source Stones and 3 Fighting Instructions
