Otama and Wakasa in AC Shadows

After talking to the three women at the tea ceremony, Naoe will narrow the suspect pool to Otama and Wakasa, and you will have to decide which one to blame. The best choice is Wakasa, as she is the Golden Teppo. However, you won’t be able to kill her right away – she will retreat to Osaka Castle, and you will have to continue the quest “Defensive Position”, where you will need to kill Wakasa and get one of the best weapons for Naoe.

If you decide to blame Otama, you will need to chase her and kill her, but in the end it will turn out that the real threat came from Wakasa. In either case, you will again find yourself on the same quest to eliminate Wakasa in Osaka Castle. Thus, if you want to avoid unnecessary killing, choosing Wakasa is the best option. But, as you understand, this will not affect the further events of the game.
