How to find retro CDs in FNAF Security Breach

There are a total of 16 retro discs in Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach , scattered throughout the game. Collecting them all will earn you an achievement, and you'll also be able to listen to interesting, bonus interviews with Vanessa, the Pizza Plex security guard. But there are several conditions.
