How to get the best ending in STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl

We tell you how to get the canonical ending in the legendary first-person shooter STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl

1. After you bring the package of documents from the X16 laboratory to the Bartender, a new task “ Meet the guide ” will appear in the protagonist’s PDA - complete it.
2. The guide will advise you to visit the Doctor. You can do this in Strelok's lair in the Agroprom dungeon (where you found Strelok's flash drive).
3. After turning off the Brain Scorcher, go to Pripyat. Get to the hotel and go up to the second floor. Find the unlocked door to the hotel room and pick up the special Decoder device.
4. When you find yourself in the sarcophagus, do not rush to the Wishmaster. Find a passage to a locked door that opens with a decoder, then look for a room with a hologram. Destroy all power sources so that the leader of the O-Consciousness begins to speak with the Bullseye.
5. In the conversation, select the second option " No, I refuse to join you " and you will find yourself on the street. Run through the portals until a cutscene starts.
