XDefiant will be a standalone game from Ubisoft

Some time ago, Ubisoft announced the launch of an insider program for the shooter XDefiant , which was closed testing last year. The authors have already received a lot of feedback from testers, based on which work will continue to debug content and prepare for a large-scale launch.

Along with this, the developers indirectly hinted that XDefiant will not have a Tom Clancy prefix. Thus, the novelty will become an independent game, in which characters from many other franchises of the studio will appear. At the release of the shooter, four heroes and several modes are expected, the main activity will be battles in the 6v6 format.

XDefiant will be distributed free of charge, the date of opening access to everyone will be announced later.
