The second part of Dying Light will be released in December this year, but now the studio, apparently, is starting to work on a new title. It will most likely be Dying Light 3, although the studio has another popular FPS series called Call of Juarez.
Two new vacancies have appeared in Techland, which were noticed by the portal Exputer. Both seem to point to the next part of Dying Light, rather than what might be produced for Dying Light 2. A senior 3D artist is needed "for the next big title", which means it will be a full-fledged AAA game.
However, even more food for thought is offered by the description of the next vacancy - senior quest designer. The list of "expectations" from a future employee states that candidates should be "familiar with the difference between storytelling and level of gameplay in open world RPGs", which suggests that Techland's next game will be an open world RPG with immersive storytelling similar to Dying Light or Dead Island.
Knowledge of Unreal Engine is also mentioned, but it seems unlikely that the studio will abandon its own engine after spending so much time creating it for Dying Light 2. Unfortunately for fans of Call of Juarez, this description rather hints at the next part of Dying Light. Or maybe Techland wants to radically change the genre of the series?

There is little information, so the shooter could be based on the StarCraft, Warcraft universe, or a completely new IP.
