Dark fantasy platformer Blasphemous will receive its final expansion in December, which will be called Wounds of Eventide. The positive news does not end there: somewhere in 2023, a sequel to the game should be released. There are few details about the sequel, but now you can take a look at the cinematic trailer for the Wounds of Eventide expansion.
The expansion and sequel were announced this night during IGN's livestream. Wounds of Eventide will be similar to previous expansions, which means it will generously reward gamers: the previous free expansion, The Stir of Dawn, contained a new map with never-before-seen locations, as well as a New Game+ mode, several bosses and much more.
We are happy to announce that we have begun work on the sequel to Blasphemous. With all the love and warmth the community has shown for the original, we look forward to being able to share something different.
Apparently, the upcoming expansion will add to Blasphemous what we all used to call the "true ending".
The success of the title is quite expected.
New heroes, new challenges.
Deadpool's world is dying.
No release date for the adaptation has been given yet.
