Grand Theft Auto 6 developers want to hire a Russian-speaking specialist to prevent further leaks

Some time ago, there was a major data leak of the game Grand Theft Auto 6 , which became a serious problem for Rockstar Games. To prevent similar incidents in the future, the studio plans to spend more resources on protecting its data, for which the management wants to hire a new specialist.

The successful candidate will have to monitor the cybersecurity of RG server equipment, while the job description states that the person must speak fluent Russian or Chinese. Apparently, the developers are afraid that a new hack can be done by a person living in Russia or China.

Recall that the previous leak was the fault of a 17-year-old hacker who leaked gigabytes of data from an early version of Grand Theft Auto 6 into the network. US investigators suggest that several people may be involved in the case.
