A $40 million lawsuit against actor Kevin Spacey ended this Thursday in a New York court. So, another actor Anthony Rapp accused the Hollywood star of molesting him at the age of 14.
Judge Lewis Kaplan decided to dismiss the lawsuit because Anthony Rapp could not prove that Spacey actually touched the sexual or intimate part of his body. The jury deliberated for one hour, and then they found the defendant not guilty.
Kevin Spacey himself immediately left the courtroom without commenting on what happened, but his lawyer stressed that the actor is grateful that he lives in a country where everyone can defend their right during the trial with impartial jurors who use factual evidence and do not react on rumors or social media.
The success of the title is quite expected.
