New World open beta starts today: how to join it

After several postponements and delays, numerous alpha tests and closed betas, Amazon Game Studio's MMO New World is finally getting close to its official release. It will take place on September 28, but before that, in the period from 9 to 12, there will be a final, open beta testing. The beta is open to everyone !

The open beta will take place September 9-12 and can be accessed via Steam, but those interested must request it first. To do this, log into your Steam account and go to the New World page . Under the pre-purchase buttons, there will be an option to "Join New World Open Beta". Click on it to request access, and Amazon will send you an email telling you when the beta can be downloaded.

In the previous closed beta version of New World, the game became one of the most popular on the Steam chart. The pre-order of the game provided instant access to everyone, and during the beta test, peak online was 200,000 people. Some video cards did not pull the game, but after the beta test, the problem was successfully resolved.
