The head of the developers of The Callisto Protocol, Glen Scofield, apologized to fans of his work for the disastrous launch of the game on personal computers. In social networks, the author clarified that he saw a lot of complaints from players about the technical quality of horror, and therefore he fully understands that the criticism is justified.
The reason for this failure, Mr. Scofield calls haste - his message indicates that some of the team rushed and patched the wrong files.
Meanwhile, Glen once again reminded that the Striking Distance studio does not support the crunch policy, and therefore the assumptions that the team was rushed and forced to rework in order to have time to release the game on time are not true. The studio has already fixed most of The Callisto Protocol's problems and in the future the project manager promises not to allow this to happen again.
