Survival horror Alan Wake 2 will have a minimum of censorship

At the last ceremony, there were some surprises, one of which was the announcement of the survival horror Alan Wake 2 from Remedy Entertainment, which took place during TGA 2021.

There is no doubt that Alan Wake 2 will be Remedy Entertainment's best game yet. Horror is developed on the Northlight Engine, so the graphics must be at the appropriate level. And if earlier the games in the series were action games, then the second part should become a full-fledged survival horror in the spirit of Silent Hill or Resident Evil. At the same time, it is already known that Alan Wake 2 received an M (Mature) rating. This indicates the almost complete absence of any censorship.

In everything about Alan Wake, the story is central: it's a horror story. So let's make our own version of survival horror and focus on the plot... The plot of a horror movie is a deep, multi-layered, psychological mystery that you can immerse yourself in. And yes, it will be scary. But it goes very, very well with the gameplay.

The release of Alan Wake 2 is scheduled for 2023. The game will appear on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
