"Spiderman. No Way Home" completed Tom Holland's first trilogy of films as Peter Parker. Will there be another one? In short, Holland doesn't know.
In an interview with Spider-Man's official YouTube channel given to fellow Spider-Man Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, Holland stated:
The truthful answer, although I did a whole press tour, where all I did was blatantly lie. The truth is, and you won't like it, I don't know the answer to that question.
This film was very special for me... Sharing the screen with these guys. Playing Spider-Man is an ascetic experience. You know that we are the only three guys who did it. Working with the two of you has been a wonderful experience that I have fond memories of. Don't know. Some part of me feels that now is the perfect time to jump off the building and head into the sunset, let the next lucky guy put on a suit. Or, you know, I could buy a new house, then I needed a paycheck, and then I would come back.
Sony insiders said late last year that there were no official plans for a new Holland trilogy, although the studio has a close relationship with actor and Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige, hoping to continue the collaboration.
