Talk to the Patriarch. He asks to return home his children, sons Valorie and Vic and daughter Liberty. Examine the new base. Sheriff Kwon is your first companion. You need to find NPCs at four different locations in the base:

There is a utility room on the right side of the headquarters. There will be refugees. If you agree to leave them, you will receive an increase in the reputation of the refugees. Later, the refugees and rangers will argue. The latter are trying to expel the former. You can choose the middle option, or leave everything as it is (increase in the reputation of refugees). It is also possible to drive out the refugees, but you will get a decrease in reputation, but an increase in the reputation of the rangers.

In the club, on the left there will be a drug addict. He asks to get him drugs from the safe. Even give a combination. Go up the stairs and immediately turn left. Deal with the workers (by convincing or defeating them), and then get everything you need from the safe.
First, you can visit the house on the left. Lucy's family lived there. Further, at the top of the map there is the Patriarch's palace. There is a park to his left and a key for Camila is hidden under the nearest bench. Later we will find out what it gives.

The task is activated after you promise Lucia to help with Nelia Dorsey. But to complete the quest, you will have to leave Colorado Springs.

Visit a nightclub in downtown Colorado Springs. Go to the bar, talk to Charlie and the bartender. They won't say anything. Go left up the stairs. When Wulf appears near the Ranger Headquarters, talk to him and agreehere to help. Head to downtown Colorado Springs and find the museum entry point to the right of the market square. Once inside, go to the far catwalk on the left and inspect the synth dummy with a weapon on its back. If you pass the test, you can immobilize the synth. And then - kill or let go. If the check fails, you will have to release the synth or kill him, but the synth will activate all the other robots! Go back and report everything to Wulf. He will give three other goals, but already outside of this task.
You will receive the task when you leave Colorado Springs, but still we will describe it here. You need to either save the Huns or help the sheriffs at the Arapaho caravan. Either way, someone will get hurt. In the first one you will get the reputation of refugees, in the second one you will get Hundred Families.
You should be contacted later by Angela Jet. Listen to her, return to Colorado Springs and go to Broadmoor Heights. There is a statue in the lower left corner.
