World of Goo 2 — How to Complete

Chapter 1

1.1. A Goo Filled Hill 

In this level we learn the basic mechanics of the game. On the black structure, select any running ball, move it up and release it. The ball will harden and automatically connect with the nearest balls. Thus, you need to build a structure upward to reach the pipe. It is necessary that at least three unused balls fall into the pipe.

1.2. Familiar Divide

You need to build a bridge to the right across the abyss. The structure has weight, and it will sag, so you need to strengthen the support from below so that it rests on the left island. When we go to the island on the right, we will wake up the local balls. Here it remains to build a tower up to the pipe. It is enough to collect five balls.

1.3. Juicer

Click on the sign with the white fly - such flies can cancel our moves if you click on them. We examine the top of the mountain, above it there is a black liquid, under which we take out green balls. 1.4. Jugglers

Inside the white cave there is a white structure, we use three pink balls on it, and the structure will fly up on these balls. Above, two cannons release black balls. 2.1. Jelly School

Next, you need to build a tower down to the cannon, without touching the gears on the right. You need to shoot the cannon to the right to activate the black structure on the right side. This structure must be built up to the pipe. You need to wait until the cannon shoots all the balls. You need 30 balls to complete the level.

2.2. Jelly Movement

There is a green structure next to the black spot. You need to build a bridge to the right across the abyss. When everything is ready, you should remove the fence near the black spot, and it will roll down to the right.

Below, you need to build a second bridge to the left. We do not disassemble the upper bridge yet. After that, we remove the fence, and the black spot will roll down to the left, hit the gears and spill down to the cannon.

From the lower bridge, we build a tower down to catch the black balls from the cannon. When all the balls are on the green structure, we connect the lower and upper bridges. Gradually remove the green balls from the bottom, building them up to the pipe in the sky.

2.3. Grow big

At the top there is a structure of new pink balls. In the cave below, you need to break the green line of balls, and the black liquid will reach the cannon from above. We shoot from the cannon at the pink tower, from which it will begin to expand in size. We use one green ball at the top to build the tower up to the pipe.

2.4. Power Lines

A large black spot hangs on a wire made of black balls and balloons. On the right at the top is the end of the wire, to which you need to add a black ball, then a balloon. Repeat these steps several times until you reach the shore. You need to stick to it with at least one balloon.

Then put a lot of balloons to the left of the large spot so that it rolls to the right. On the right bank, the dark spot will pass through the gears and reach the cannon at the top. Shoot the cannon back at the wire. On the left side, start building a line up: put a black ball, quickly put a balloon on it. Constantly add new balloons. 2.5. Extraction Team

On the top floor, we activate a three-color structure. The blue part will shrink, the black spot will roll down. We direct the cannon to the right in the same direction. On the right below, the pink structure will fill up and expand. The spot will fall on the gears.

On the right, we set up 2 cannons, one to the right up, and the other to the left up. When all the black balls are on the upper black structure, we add 2 balloons to it, and it will fly right up to the pipe.

2.7. Growing Bridge

Start from the bottom right. On the transparent structure, finish building a bridge to the left, adding a balloon in the middle. Having reached the left bank with a cannon, place the element down to catch the black stream from below. Shoot the cannon at the pink structure from above.

The pink tower will start growing to the right and up. There, activate the black structure, add a balloon to it, and it will fly away. The black spot will fall down to the left. Remove the green line. The black balls will reach the upper left cannon. Carefully raise the right pink tower with the help of the balls, finishing it up to the pipe. Shoot this turret from the left cannon. You need 20 balls in the pipe.

2.8. Iron Machine

The dark spot is on the pink pyramid. We build transparent elements to the left and down, then to the right between two gears to get to the pipe with black liquid. All connections will be filled with this liquid, which will cause the pink structure to expand, and the spot will fall under the gears on the ceiling. The black balls will fall back down onto the structure. From the bottom left, we finish building the path to the final pipe.

2.9. Barge of Glory

The white balls will sit on the boat made of a transparent structure with white liquid. Instead of an engine, there is a fire cannon, which we turn to the left, and we will swim to the right. We cling to the shore, having built green connections. We finish building the connection to the upper cannon. Immediately send the boat back to the left, where a new portion of balls will appear.

From the upper cannon, we shoot balls at the next boat on the water. We swim to it to the right bank with a pipe. We take the 2nd portion of balls on two boats, then the 3rd portion. A total of 20 balls are needed.

2.10. Swamp Jumper

Black liquid flows down to the left, there is a rocket with a fire cannon. We direct the cannon down to the left, and the rocket will fly to the right. 2.12. Launch Pad

In the center there is a long rocket that will fly up and return to the launch shaft. There is a black structure on the bottom left, we finish building a tower on it up, and then on the right wall, without touching the gears. Higher we build a tower around the 2nd gear. We need to add more supports at the middle height near the wall. We need to connect to the upper cannon. Shoot the balls into the center.

There is a transparent structure on the bottom right. We finish building the tower upwards, resting it on the left side, and continue to build it up to the cannon. We join the cannon on the right side so as not to interfere with its shooting.

We take some of the black balls, smash them against the gears to fill the cannon with black liquid. We shoot the cannon at the central rocket, and it will fly up to the pipe. Later, you can repeat this takeoff. 80 balls are required.

2.13. Supertower of Goo

You need to build a tall tower of black balls. At the middle height, 2 gears are in the way, you need to avoid touching them. The tower should be wide at the bottom so that there is enough stability on the upper floors. At the bottom, we build a tower a little to the right, and then build to the left and up. Under the gears, we build more supports so that the tower does not lean too close to them. You need 6 balls.

2.14. Faithful companion

Inside the plant, there is a transparent structure in a pit with liquid. We build a tower upward, leaning on the walls where there are no gears. At the top, we connect with the pink structure, it will expand. We finish building the pink parts on top so that the structure begins to press down, on the black spot. The liquid will run up through the pipes. At the top of the plant, a transparent structure is activated. We finish building the tower upward, connecting to the antenna.

An Important Message The antennas are tuned, people have internet again. This signal was picked up on another planet, and they started building a rocket for the flight.

Chapter 3. Atomic Express

3.1. Choo-choo

A structure made of red balls is built on a moving train. From below, we complete the structure down to the left, to the pipe with lava. We build up to the left, and the tower will then bend down to the pipe. The red balls will burn like matches, and set fire to the bomb from above. The fuel will flow down. A transparent structure is activated on the left from above. We build a tower up to the right, to the pipe. 5 balls are required.

3.2. Hot Slinky

A green structure, you need to build it to the right, along the islands above the lava. We build parts to the right, the tower will fall and hang between the islands. You need to carefully pick up the balls on the left and put them on the right so that none of them fall into the liquid metal.

Also build a tower up, tilt it to the right, and it will fall on the 3rd island. Then build another tower, drop it on the 4th island, where you activate the transparent balls. After picking up the balls, remove the elements on the right, finish building the tower up to the pipe. You need 10 balls. Disassemble some of the green balls and also send them into the pipe.

3.3. Molten Meltdown

You need to build a red structure to the left and up. There are lava flows on the left and right, and any mistake will set the entire structure on fire, after which you will have to click on the white fly. We fix ourselves more firmly on the island, making a wide support. We build a thin tower up, tilt it to the left, and quickly attach it to the structure on the ceiling. Activate the balls in this place. We build a tower upwards in the center, strengthening it more on the right below. We build a thin tower at the top, drop it to the right, in flight we need to catch on to the pipe. Requires 6 balls.

3.4. Rock Blockers

3.5. Block Hoppers

On the left, green electronic balls fly out of the pipe, they bounce off surfaces. We need to take the yellow balls and complete the columns of cheese at such an angle that the green balls bounce further to the right. We set up 3 islands like this, and the green balls will fly to the black structure on the right. We build a tower up to the pipe. Drag the remaining yellow balls to the exit. We need 20 balls.

3.6. Night Factory

In the dark, we have a hanging line of 3 white bulbs. We move a couple of bulbs to the right, we will connect with the black structure. We need to build a bridge to the right, and in some places add a flashlight to see the dangers around. We need to put a support at the bottom, between the lava and the gears. On the right, at the top, is the 2nd structure on the ceiling. Further on the right is the 3rd structure.

We go down to the right, past the gear on the left, we will find the 4th structure. Then we build elements to the left, along the islands between the lava, and the gears interfere from above. On the left, we go down even lower. On the lower floor, we need to move over the lava to the right, for this we cling to the ceiling with the balls. The pipe is on the right, at the bottom. You need 3 balls.

3.7. River of Fire

On the top left, under the ceiling, there is a structure made of red and white balls. We build red balls to the right and down, blocking the flow of black liquid. On the top right, there is a 2nd structure, on it we build a bridge down and separately to the right, to touch the flow of lava. We need to set all the red balls and the black liquid on fire. This will also set the top left structure on fire. The fireproof white structure will fall and roll down to the pipe. You need 4 balls.

3.8. Garbage Dump Double Pump

On the right, there is a structure with a cannon. We build a turret to the left and up, attach it to the structure with a bomb. We build a turret down along the left side, we lean against the left wall, above the gear, so as not to touch it. On the bottom left, activate a lot of transparent balls.

From the transparent balls, build a tower from the top and down to the right. The black liquid from the bottom right pit should go up to the cannon through transparent connections. We direct the cannon down in advance so that it does not shoot to the left, where there is t gears. We finish building the red balls down into the pit with lava, and they will all burn, the bomb will explode from above. We build a bridge from the mined black balls to the left and up to the pipe. We need 16 balls.

3.9. Mutable Crucible

Lava is flowing towards us from above on the left, and there is a structure with a bomb in the center. You can temporarily protect yourself from the flow by placing yellow balls. But it is better to quickly build a black tower upwards to catch onto the structure on the ceiling. After the explosion, the entire structure will hang at this point. There are clouds on the left and right, where sleeping balls are visible, we build bridges to them. When the structure stops swinging, we finish building the tower down to the pipe.

3.10. Coolant Circulator Infiltrator

A red structure on the hill on the top left, it prevents the black spot with eyes from falling. First, we build a bridge below, in a pit with lava, connect it to the structure on the right. Then, on the top left, we build a bypass around the black spot to touch the lava flow. This will cause all the red balls to light up, and the spot will roll down, through the pit with the 2nd structure.

The spot will fall down into the cold water. There is a white structure with a cannon hanging on the right, unhook it from the green rope. Point the cannon to the right so that the boat floats to the left and pushes the spot to the left to the geyser. Place the boat under the pit on the right. Build a transparent tower to the ceiling with a cannon on the top left. Shoot the cannon to the right. Green balls will fall through the right pit onto the boat. 3.11. Hot Slinky Returns: Slinkin's Ain't Easy

There is a green structure on the island on the left, you need to move it to the right along several islands. Activate the white and red balls near the right wall. Connect to the structure, lure all the balls to the left using the sound (hold down the action button). Return to the left with all the balls, use only the green balls for construction. You need to get to the left to the pipe. On the last island, build a tower to the left and up. You can use white balls to lean on the burning liquid. You need 8 balls.

3.12. The Ground Shakes

There is a black structure on the top left, you need to finish building it to the right, above the lava field. In the center of the lava there is an island with yellow balls, we build two high supports for a black bridge from them. It is better to build a tower up, and then tilt it to the right, and cling to the island in time. We repeat this 2 times, and we will get to the right bank. You need 8 balls.

3.13. Incendiary Locomotion

There is a black structure with a cannon in the center. We build a bridge to the left and up, add 3 balloons to it. You need to get to the left and up, to the structure with red balls and a bomb. We build red balls down to touch the lava, from this the bomb will explode at the top, black liquid will flow.

On the right, we point the cannon at the transparent structure. Further on the right, we build a stand of yellow balls. We build a transparent bridge to the right and up, to the 2nd cannon. We shoot to the right and down, at the black structure. We build a bridge to the right, add 5 balloons. 80 balloons are required.

Temporal Divide

The train accelerated very quickly, for time travel. The people watching will die of old age, everything around will be overgrown with jungle. 200,000 years later, the train will stop and fall apart from old age.

Chapter 4. Old Calculator

4.1. Tee Time

This is a detective in the noir style. We play as a detective in his office. We examine the object on the table, we examine the door on the left. 4.15. Sunshine

In the game "Detective 5" we examine the car near the large building with trees. We enter the building, examine the photo on the left, go down. The corridor leads to large doors with a sun symbol. We examine the director's office, a woman in a green dress is sitting in a chair. The cleaner will come, and she will turn into a dark spot. The cleaner will explain the whole plot. At the end, we talk to the huge TV, turn it off on the right, turn it on again.

Chapter 5. New World

5.1. Upward Trajectories

Start on the left near the pipe with liquid, next to the cannons tied to clouds and balloons. Do not touch the left cannon for now, the other 5 cannons are directed to the right. The far right cannon is very high, so the previous cannons need to be raised. Use green balls to increase the length of the green ropes at the bottom. Shoot the last cannon at the black structure, complete the tower up to the pipe. Requires 80 balls.

5.2. Molten Showers

A black structure on top, a white structure in the cave below, a locked door with a bomb, and a pipe. Build a tower up from above, to the pipe in the sky. The pipe will wake up, lava will flow out of it. The balls will melt and flow down into the cave. Build a transparent structure to the right and up to the pipe. Requires 6 balls.

5.3. Hot Springs

In the center is a black structure with balloons, around 2 lava sources, behind them on the left is a cannon, and on the right are transparent balloons. We build a tower to the right and up, adding balloons to it. We get to the transparent structure through the volcano. We build transparent balloons down into a pit with liquid. We build a bridge to the left through the volcano, using the remaining balloons. On the left, we direct the cannon to the right. We need to draw a transparent connection over the black bridge, from the right pit with liquid, to the cannon. In the center, we build a tower up to the pipe. Requires 120 balloons. Challenges: 161 balloons, 89 actions, 3:48 seconds.

5.4. Destination Landing Station

On the left at the top is a rocket. Near it are 3 aliens in the form of spiky balls. We attach these balls to the rocket from above, and it will start to take off. We need to take the rocket to the right. Temporarily remove one ball to slowly lower the altitude. You need to land softly on the platform on the right, between the gears. If the rocket crashes, it means we have descended quickly, repeat again, but more slowly. Pipes will appear from the arriving rocket to collect all types of Goo balls on this planet. The rocket will refuel and fly further. In space, it will scatter the balls on different planets, and life will appear there too. Credits.
