"Foster Family" in Dying Light 2

This quest can be picked up after the "A Place I'll Call Home" story mission. As a reward, you will receive 2250 combat points and 750 parkour points.

You need to talk to Hugh, who is standing east of the Waterside subway. Head to the water tower at the indicated location, in Muddy Grounds. Go inside the water tower and go down the stairs to find the boy sitting on the platform. After talking to him, go to the marker to find Hugh. Chat and the quest will be completed.
