Walkthrough A Plague Tale Requiem

There are a total of 17 story chapters in the game.



Chapter 1

After the introductory video, you will control Amicia as she travels through a beautiful valley. Follow Hugo past the flowers to the castle ruins. This chapter is all about learning and you will learn about the mechanics of stealth. Luka will count to 10, and during this time you should find cover. He will check the ruins to his right first, so stay out of sight. Use the holes and cracks in the rock to hide from a friend.

After a while, Amicia will offer to change the situation and instead of hide and seek, she will want to sneak up on Luke unnoticed. Stand behind him and then move closer by pressing the appropriate key/button. This is how you scare Luke. This will complete the tutorial and you will be prompted to go to the castle.



As you get closer, Hugo will point to the river. A mini-game will start in which you have to shoot the pine cones going down the river with your sling. If you hit all the cones that Hugo throws into the river, you will get the Perfect Shot achievement .

Follow the river, climb the rock and crouch under the tree. A new mini-game will begin. The main entrance is locked, so make your way through the gap on the left. Once you get to the top of the stairs, the floorone of you will collapse, and you will find yourself in someone's house.

Exit to the left, go through the ruined house and jump down. During the cutscene, you will see the first enemies that you need to run away from. The door in front of you is locked, so make your way through the gap on the right. Chapter 2

At the beginning of the chapter, you will be able to explore the Red City and interact with many people. Naturally, you will reach home. When you get to the market, be sure to pick up the first "Best Player" memory.

Memory #1: Best Player

After passing through the market and coming across a fish stand, turn right and go to the end of the street. Here you will find a counter where you can play a mini-game and unlock the first memory . Pick up four pots in front of you and throw them at the wooden blocks, knocking down as many as you can. Shoot down enough blocks to become the best player of the day.

When you're done with the business at the market, go up the hill and Hugo will want to watch a musical performance. When he is sated with the sounds of music, follow the alley on the right. Keep running up the hill. In the end, you will find the right house (and Luke) to the right of the church.

After kat-scene follow Luca down the hill towards the market. You need to ask the florist if she knows where Woden is. Based on the path you entered the market, the flower shop is on the left side. Talk to the woman and she will say that her husband may know where Woden is. He works next to the fountain on the other side of the market. You will learn that Woden lives near the arena, so follow the path down there.

The guards will refuse to let you through, so move to the right and enter the house at the end of the path. There will be dead bodies on the other side. Move along the linear path. You will come to an opening above you. To get to it, you need a cart, which you will find in another room on your right. Make your way under the cart ahead. You need to sneak past the guard in the next room unnoticed.

The next area will be a bit more difficult, because you need to sneak past several enemies, distracting them in different ways. First, distract the first guard by throwing a rock at the toolbox behind him, then crawl under the table on the right. Immediately turn left and go to another wall. You can follow this side all the way to the end of the room to fire your sling at the unhelmeted guard.

This will alert the other guard on the right, but since he does not know where the attack came from, it will be pointless br?to walk around the area. Time your time and you'll be able to sneak across to the other side, climb the stairs and open the door. If you're unlucky and the enemy heads towards you, go around him so that he doesn't notice you.

You will fall into piles of bodies on both sides of the road. To continue through, head to the left and you'll see a cage with other bodies that you need to shoot down with your sling. You can then push the cart to the desired location and climb up.

There will be a knife at the top of the stairs. Pick it up. You will use this item to open secret chests . Take the knife from the wooden board to open the hole. Climb up to your left, go through the door and go down to a new location. You will see several opponents.

You need to watch out for the archers, as they have a good view of the whole area. When the enemy turns his back, follow the path to the left and climb to a higher platform. You can get the attention of one of the guards in the center, but don't linger too long.

Once you're at the top, jump down to the right side and you'll notice a guard patrolling by the burning brazier. As soon as he turns his back, sneak under the table in front. Let him pass, and then, when the enemy goes back to where you came from, get to the other side. Climb up two flights of stairs, picking up a pot along the way. Memory #2: Rest in Peace

Once you pass the large open area in the arena with the archer in the middle, follow through other corridors with dead bodies. Follow the path and you will find yourself at two stairs: one leads to the left, and the other to the right. Climb up the right stairs and at the end look for the woman lying on the bed. Interact with her to unlock the second memory in the game .

Go back to the stairs and this time go up the left. After passing through the next room, you will realize that the arena is actually huge. After the cut-scene, you will see a huge pack of rats that you have to run away from. Run in the direction of Ekeran to get out of this area.

Go to the brazier on the right, move forward. When the rats encounter the light, they will retreat and you will be safe. Light the brazier you approached and then keep moving forward.

Install a brazier at the end of the room?and a stand, and then climb up. Take a stick and light it up using the flames nearby. Go to the fire; the stick only burns for a short period of time . Light another stick and use it to get to the next fire. Here you need to knock down the brazier with your sling. You can then light another stick and use it to set fire to the brazier that was just knocked down. Throw a stick into the brazier and it will light the way to the stairs.

Follow the path and walk across the beam. Luke backs off. Take a stick, light it up, and then get to the fire. Light another stick on fire and look at Luke. Climb the stairs, go through the door and go down the stairs to reach a new area.

A big puzzle awaits you. You need to take the elevator in the center using the two handles on either side of the room. However, to start with, use the handle in the middle. Go into the room on the left and go up the stairs. Have Luka use the crank, cross over to the other side and push the cart towards the elevator.

Have Luka release the handle to make the elevator go down again. Then push the cart into position so you can reach the chest from above. Inside it crawls sulfur.

Go to another room (to the right of the main handle) and move along the wall to get to the other side. Shoot the two carcasses hanging on the chains with your sling to get to the other side, avoiding all the rats. Inside the chest is alcohol .

Return to the main area, spawn an Ignifer , and then shoot the large brazier in the center of the room to ignite it. Now you can access other rooms, so go to the right one first.

Light the brazier in front of you and the torch on the right. Then throw the pot of Ignifer on the ground to create enough light to cross it. When you're on the other side, shoot the carcass opposite to distract the rats and create a path for you to climb up. This will give you access to the first crank that the Luca needs to turn. There are also several pots here.

Go to another room on the opposite side of the location. Light up the brazier, grab any supplies you might need from nearby chests, and then fire your sling at the brazier above you. Set it on fire. Throw the pot of Ignifer at the bottom of the ladder so you can safely climb it. Then use the crank to lower the elevator completely. Run to it and drive all the way to the top.

Climb the long ladder and return to the surface. Here you can find the first flower.

FlowerNo. 1: Syngonium

After riding a large elevator with a lit brazier in the center, you must follow Luke until he points to a vegetable garden on the right. He will kneel next to a flower called syngonium, and you can pick him up and save him for Hugo. It's hard to miss this moment.

There are some supply chests on the next street. When you're ready, move the piece of wood at the end of the road and make your way further. There will be enemies ahead and you need to get past them and enter the door at the base of the south tower.

Use houses on the side as well as tall grass to stay out of sight. When you get close, the soldiers will run in your direction, trying to hide from the rats. You can kill enemies without helmets, and then use the pot of Ignifer to go to the other side.

There are enough braziers on the way to the goal so that you can reach the door at the end of the path. If you get stuck, you can use Ignifer pots.

Soon you will find yourself in a church where you need to solve a simple puzzle. You need to use your sling to hit the bells and display the correct symbol. Luka will prompt you, although the necessary symbols are shown in the screenshot below :

Chapter 3

Take the pot and squeeze through another gap in the fence. The chests to your right contain supplies. You can push the cart to the left to go forward.

Due to the excitement, rats will float to the surface, and all fires nearby will be extinguished. Light the brazier in front of you again, then look to the left to find another one. You can go to the other side usingI'm potted with Ignifer. In the next section, you first need to put out the fire by shooting at the object on the right. Then shoot the carcass to distract the rats and create a safe passage.

Don't rush to go to the shed on the other side. In the corner of the open area is a cart that needs to be pushed inside.

Place it next to the fire on the right, then shoot to put out the fire. Shoot the carcass nearby to distract the rats, and then do the same with the other carcass at the tables. This will create a safe passage. Climb up the stairs. To your left will be a supply chest and a knife stuck in a pig's head in a lighted room.

Drop down to the next area to face the guard. You need to kill him.

You need to do the same with the next guard, this time aiming at his lit torch. The next part is a little more difficult.

You need to get the enemy to come to you, and then extinguish the torch, giving the rats a chance to kill the enemy. You can get his attention by simply shooting an ordinary stone. He will come to you, and when he is out in the open, put out the torch and the rats will take care of the rest. After that, you can move on.

Ahead are the city's??rota, but first you need to turn the handles above them to open. Light the brazier, go to the left side and search the large chest ahead. Two guards will appear, so extinguish their torches so that the rats will destroy them. Jump down and go to the spiral staircase they came from, interacting with the handles on top. Release the handle, and then run down the stairs to have time to go further.

When you find yourself outside the city walls, follow forward to the house on the right side. There will be another memory here.

Memory #3: Grave

After passing through the city gates, go down to the house on the right. You will run into a locked gate. Follow the fence on the right and you can shoot your sling at the castle. Head inside and interact with the grave to unlock the memory.

Now that you have this memory, go to the other house and go down the stairs to the left of the workbench. Make sure to grab a knife before heading down. Go through the door in the basement, where there will be a large open area with a temple in the middle. There are a few guards and you have to cross the sea of rats and get to the door on the other side.

Light the brazier in front of you, and then climb into the house through the window. There is a guard inside that you need to kill. Take a stick, light it up using the fire near the door, and head to the next brazier next to that one.neck of a cow. Turn right and put out the torches carried by the guards. There are three enemies in total.

Once all three are dead, take the stick and light it up. Then go to the brazier next to the church. Go through the door to the church and collect all the supplies you can find (if you put them out, you'll have to re-light a few braziers outside to get to the window safely).

Exit through another door, and on the right you will see a door that you need to get close to. When you approach it, the herbalist will appear along with two guards. They will kill the herbalist. There is no way to save him, so just let it happen. As soon as the enemies disperse, kill the one without a helmet, and then throw the pot of Ignifer on the right to get to the cart. Take a stick, light it up and then use it to get to the door.

It's locked, so jump over the fence on the left and then squeeze through the gap in the rock. You will find yourself in the herbalist's garden. Here you need to find nightshade. However, make sure you take chamomile first.

Flower #2: Chamomile

Once you reach the herbalist's house, turn left and look up at the tree with the broken ladder leaning against it. From one of the branches on the left side hangs a cage that can be knocked down with a sling. Chamomile will be inside.

Actually the nightshade is not outside. You need to interact with all the flowers nearby. Look inside, open the door, take the supplies and go to the window to watch the cut-scene.

As soon as it ends, you need to save Luke. Use the tall grass to stay out of sight as you head towards the sheds at the back of the area. There is a door in this area that you need to go to, and behind it is the room where Luke got into trouble. Kill the guard and get ready to break through the enemies.

Most of them are easy to kill just by aiming at their heads. Enemies with shields first need to be disoriented using objects in the center of the room. Then you will be able to strike lightly. Eventually a fully armored knight will appear and throw you and Luke into jail.

After the video clip, you will be escorted to the executioner. Aim at the brazier and ask Luke to use the flame. Run through the door, up the spiral staircase and out the window. Slide along the wall to the right.

There will be an archer ahead, but you should avoid him by going through the room on the right and then climbing out the window. From here you can see the road to the courtyard. Turn left and follow the castle walls avoiding the enemies. Ask Luke to use the fire to distract the guards.

As soon as you go down to the depot, be sure to search the secret chest and take the fourth memory .

Secret chest #1

The first secret chest in the game is part of the tutorial. You'll know what's upduki open with the help of a knife. Memory #4: Our home
