The hippogriff and Henrietta's hideout at Hogwarts Legacy

When you activate this quest by finding a map in Poidseer Castle, move to the very south to find the ruins on the edge of the mainland.

Eventually, you will find a hippogriff statue and a chalice. There is a clue to the solution on Henrietta's card. And it is shown in the screenshot below:
