How to get the best helmet in Baldur's Gate 3

There are items in Baldur's Gate 3 that can only be obtained during side or secret missions. And this helmet is one of them!

To get one of the strongest and most powerful helmets in the game, you need to complete the secret quest - "Circle of Myconids".

Apparently, the monsters in the Underdark grotto stumbled upon this amazing item and did not know what to do with it. They locked the helmet in a small cave behind dense and impenetrable thickets.

The only way to get rid of the thickets is to help the king of the myconids, Spav, in the Underdark. This quest is pretty easy, although you will have to fight some tough enemies along the way.

How to get a rare helmet in Baldur's Gate 3

Go to the Underdark. You may need to solve the moon puzzle and use the Priestess Key to get to this location.

Once inside, go to X: 80 Y: -99. Talk to Spav. Talk to him until he gives you a task to kill the doorgars at the cave lake.

Follow the marker that leads to a dilapidated village. Head to coordinates X: 9 Y: -191. Defeat Gex the Slaver Doorgar. He has level 5 and 52 health points, so be careful!

Report the completion of the mission to Spav. Follow Bru, Spav's assistant, who will lead you to the treasure. Inside is a very rare helmet and other loot.
