DayZ developers shared plans for 2022

The Bohemia Interactive studio team talked about their plans to support the DayZ game for 2022. The developers promised that in the coming months zombie survival will be replenished with new locations, weapons, vehicles and other content.

Starting with update 1.16, the arsenal will expand, adding the Bizon submachine gun. In the next update 1.17 (most likely, the wipe will take place right in front of it) an interactive environment and a map of Livonia will be added to the game. Social aspects of interaction between players, updating the physics of vehicle behavior and control, improving control using gamepads - this is only part of the plans of the studio, which does not leave attempts to develop its offspring and attract a new audience to the game.

Of course, it will also not do without balance changes (five major updates are planned for release this year).
