Activision Blizzard's shareholder group has sent a letter to the remaining shareholders urging them to cancel Microsoft's acquisition of the companies. In the appeal, the initiators indicate that this deal is unlikely to solve the problems that have arisen within the organization amid recent scandals.
Recall that earlier the management and some employees of Activision Blizzard were accused of harassment and sexual harassment, while not presenting any evidence. The first shareholder vote on the future deal will take place on April 28.
