Ahead of the release of GTA Trilogy, Grand Theft Auto players share their tips for completing one of San Andreas' most frustrating missions.
Reddit user YEED5A5 added a video in which he showed a flawless passage of the famous mission Wrong Side of the Tracks (Wrong side of the rail) from GTA: San Andreas, adding that he could not understand why this task is so difficult for some people to complete. In this mission, you drive a motorcycle and chase the train while your partner, located in the back seat, shoots at the enemies standing on it. On a failure, you hear one of the most famous phrases:
All you had to do was follow the damn train, CJ!
Gamers note that it is not always so simple. One of the commenters under the post stated that "a lot of people do not understand that if you get too close to the train, then Big Smoke will not be able to shoot at enemies," therefore, getting close to him, you simply will not be able to complete the task. To increase the chance of success, follow the train at a distance on adjacent rails to provide a better view for Big Smoke and make it easier to dodge any oncoming trains.
Some believe that Big Smoke himself, who has imperfect shooting skills, is to blame. Another commentator suggests that it would take Big Smoke "a minimum of 20 seconds" to take out any opponent on the train. Although, considering that he shoots at moving targets, and he himself is on the move, CJ's buddy deserves praise.
