The developers of the real life simulator The Sims 4 have released a trailer for the next addition, called For Rent. The DLC will add new mechanics to the game that will allow your Sims to earn money by renting out their homes.
As part of the upcoming patch, players will have the opportunity to build new types of real estate designed for several families. In the future, you will be able to rent it out to random Sims and not only receive income from it, but also observe their life. It will also be possible to rent housing yourself if, at some point, you cannot yet afford to purchase it.
The update will be released on December 7th.
