The first episode of the last season will air this month.
Peaky Blinders season 6 release date revealed

The release date for the sixth season of Peaky Blinders has been revealed. The first episode of the final season of Tommy Shelby and Company premieres February 27 on the BBC.

The release date was announced by director Anthony Byrne, after which the release was confirmed by the BBC. It is not yet known when the series will hit Netflix.

Along with Cillian Murphy, the cast includes Sam Claflin, Anya Taylor-Joy and Tom Hardy, who return to their roles from previous seasons. Stephen Graham will be joining the cast in a mysterious new role.

Many have already been waiting for the sixth season of Peaky Blinders: the finale of the fifth aired back in September 2019. In terms of content, Murphy said the upcoming season is going to be "dark as hell."

Peaky Blinders first aired in 2013 on BBC Two and has since won numerous awards. Other well-known actors appeared in the cast: Joe Cole, Paul Anderson and the late Helen McCrory (who died during the filming of the 6th season). Other cast members have appeared in previous seasons, including Sam Neill and Adrien Brody.

Despite the fact that the sixth season is the final one, the Peaky Blinders story does not end there. Filming of the feature film will begin in 2023. According to showrunner Steven Knight, it will mark the end of Peaky Blinders as we know it.
