The developers decided to release the game on September 1, at the same time as the start of the new school year.

Daedalic Entertainment and NACON are pleased to announce the premiere date for the story-driven stealth adventure The Lord of the Rings: Gollum . Take a look at the iconic character from a new perspective on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S starting September 1, 2022. A Nintendo Switch version will also be released later.
