Denuvo removed from Marvel's Avengers

A new update for the fantastic co-op action Marvel's Avengers will remove the malicious Denuvo protection from the PC version
Denuvo removed from Marvel's Avengers

Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics have released a new patch for Marvel's Avengers that, along with some issues and flaws, cuts Denuvo's protection from the PC version. The new 1.8 GB update added new multiplayer mission chains and Fragment Extractors. Interestingly, the patch notes about the removal of Denuvo do not say a word. Many users have already confirmed that the lack of Denuvo significantly speeded up in-game loading on PC.

Once again, albeit not immediately, Denuvo is being removed from the game at the request of users who have encountered various problems. In the last couple of years alone, we've seen Metal Gear Rising, Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time, and Resident Evil Village drop DRM from the Austrians due to technical issues.

The good news is that at least the developers are starting to get the gist of the problem. Some companies, such as Sega and Amplitude Studios, don't even use Denuvo when they release their games. I would like everyone to strive to ensure that the players first of all have fun.

In other Marvel's Avengers news, Spider-Man will still appear in the game, and this will happen before the end of the year. And in August, the free add-on The War for Wakanda was released, which added new missions, villains, enemies, a biome and the Black Panther as a playable character.
