A-1 Pictures and Square Enix have unveiled a fresh teaser for a new anime series set in the NieR Automata universe. The video shows segments from the project itself and the date of its premiere is called.
There is very little time left to wait for the show - until January 7, 2023. Apparently, the plot of the novelty will repeat the story presented in the original game, in which a pair of androids 2B and 9S go to Earth to clear the planet of the robots inhabiting it. The heroes have to fight intelligent machines that once expelled people from their homeland.
We are waiting for more details about the series at the presentation scheduled for December 28.
