Your task is to kill the souls faster than he does.

Attack the enemy again, and when the health bar reaches the second mark, the Keymaster will again summon the souls. Do the same as before. Finally, finish off the monster.

But on the other hand, the monster will alternate attacks: first it swings a shovel a couple of times, and then it gets into a pose and runs at you. In the second case, however, as in the first, you must evade. The Keymaster's shovel will get stuck in the ground after the race and this is your chance. But now there won't be much time. You will have time to land a maximum of two hits.

Repeat actions. Do not be afraid that the Keymaster will constantly summon souls. It will not happen. He summons the souls once upon reaching the marks on the health bar. Perhaps when there is not much health left at all, he will call on the souls for the third time. But the advice would be this: when Keymaster's health is almost at zero, use freeze bombs to stop him. Attack the enemy, but remember that each hit on you not only takes away Geralt's health, but also restores the HP of the Keymaster himself.

After the victory, do not forget to pick up the key and the Keymaster's shovel.

Go inside the house, go into the room and take the diary with the sketches of Iris von Everek from the table. Climb higher, go through the bedroom to the balcony, and from there - to another room. The Ghost of Iris von Everek will appear.

The fight is much easier than the previous one. So, Iris attacks quickly and powerfully, but you must act first. Go on the attack right away. To repel blows, use a magic shield from the Yrden stone. Press Iris against the wall and attack, use health potions. When green smoke appears from the portrait hanging on the wall, run up to the portrait and attack it. You must destroy the portrait, otherwise Iris will get sucked in. This will cause the Ghost to return with a full health bar.
