Passage 35MM

The 35MM post-apocalyptic adventure game was created by Russian developer Sergey Noskov.


You have to play as a man who, together with his friend, explores the cities of Russia after a man-made disaster happened. You must look for batteries, food and other useful supplies that will help you survive. Along with a strong atmosphere, various quests and a full-fledged storyline with multiple endings await you.

Walkthrough 35 MM

Start the "New Game" and wait for the control to pass to you. To move, use the W, S, A, D keys. To interact with objects, press the E key. To turn the flashlight on (off), click the F key. The "1" and "2" keys will switch to the camera and knife, respectively. Press the TAB key to open inventory. There are three types of resources - first aid kits, food and batteries. All of them are shown on the left page. Batteries are used to power the flashlight, first aid kits are used to heal the character, food is used to fight hunger.


If first-aid kits and batteries look monotonous, then food can be canned food, cans, and so on. Enter inside the house. You can turn on your flashlight to see better. To the right is a table with a lamp. Approach it and interact with the E key to turn on the light. There is a wardrobe above the table. Open it and take out two tin cans and batteries.

Get out of the house and walk away from it. A cutscene will play shortly and another man will follow you.

Follow the path, but do not follow the man, but turn right. See the building in the distance? Come closer to him. There will also be an abandoned car nearby. Find food inside the house. Open the drawer on the table and take the first aid kit. There is a note next to the box. Read it.


Return to the road and follow to the crossroads, where there is a trailer with pipes. Your friend will go straight ahead. You can also go left along the path. With every step on the trail there will be more and more grass. On the right you will see a fallen tree and a crate. There is a can on the box.

Go back to your friend. Look in the opposite direction from the place where you just found canned food. See the tall metal pole? Move there and examine it. It has a bag on it. See what tree this rope is tied to. Click on "2" to pick up a knife, and then hit it on the rope on the tree (left mouse button). Approach the fallen bag and press E to get useful items.


Keep following your friend. Soon you will be on the highway. The car is on the right. You can open the driver's door and find a bottle of water and a photo on the seat. Follow the path on the other side of the road. Soon you will see the building. You can cut the rope on the door handle to get inside and find one can of canned food. The dog will appear. Follow your friend up. After a while, a bear will attack you. Run away from him, following the man. Press the E key several times to open the door to the barn. Watch the cut-scene. Loading.

Hospital

Leave the room and go down the corridor to the right. The door to the staff room will be closed, so go through the second door on the left side. Inside the top drawer of the nightstand on the left side, find and read the note .

Note . When you find and read notes (and other documents), the screen sparkles. The same effect was observed with certain actions during the game Metro: Last Light. If you remember, this influenced the final ending. Apparently, the ending of the 35MM game depends on what percentage of the notes you find, how many of the existing documents you read.


Exit to the corridor and go through the next door on the left. At the end of the room there is a cabinet with a radio. You can turn it on and listen to the message. Go to the next door on the left. But this time, move to another room (opposite this one), on the right side. In the far left corner sits a corpse. There is a note on the floor. Study it. Also examine the documents lying on the table near the entrance. There is also a table lamp that you can activate.

Go back and go deeper down the corridor until a cutscene starts.

After the fight with the bear

Apparently, the hospital is a kind of nightmare (a memory from the past). You will return to the time when you ran away from the bear. Your friend, if you remember, shot him. After talking around the fire, a friend will ask you to bring water from the well.

Exit to the street through the same double door. First you will need to pull out the shovel. You can immediately bypass this long barn, enter the utility room on the back side and cut the rope holding the back door. In this back room you can find one tin can and batteries.

Go to the main street and move deeper into the village. Left and right are houses. In the first house on the left (on the same side as the barn) there is nothing (more precisely, you won’t even be able to get inside). You need to go to the second house on the left side. Inside, find a bucket lying inside the furnace, as well as a lighterlocated on a shelf to the right of the furnace, literally one meter away. Both items will be in your inventory.

Exit and follow the road to the crossroads, where the main route goes to the left, under a chimney arch. Stand in front of the archway and find a wooden well on the right that looks like a large doghouse. On the slope, interact with the well by pressing the E key. This will open the door. Use the same key to attach the bucket to the chain. Clamp it to lower the bucket down to the stop. Click again to raise the bucket. Take the bucket of water , return to your partner and interact with the fire to hang the container. Sit on the box with the red bedding. Watch the cut-scene.

Morning

Follow your friend, go to another part of the village, where the passage was previously closed (an inscription popped up saying that you should not go so far). In the house on the right you can find a box with a bag of money. But money is useless now.

Go outside and approach the house on the left. The door is boarded up. When interacting with it, an inscription pops up stating that it could be hacked with an ax. But you don't have an axe. Behind this house there is another one, but there the door is tightly closed. To the right there is a third house. A fire is still burning next to him. When approaching this house, your partner will say that it would be necessary to inspect it. Go inside and find a table with a note . By the way, when you enter the house, the first thing you should notice opposite the entrance is an ax leaning against the wall. Take it!

Return to the door of the neighboring house, press the "3" key to select the ax, and then click several times with the left mouse button to attack. After destroying the door, go inside. There are batteries or canned food on the shelf on the left. Find the canister in the wheelbarrow in the far right corner. Take her!

Leave the house and go to the path. On the other side there will be the second house on the right if you move from the arch. Inside the house, find a room with a table that has a lamp and a note on it. You can destroy the door to the house on the right, but there you will find only two jars of jam standing on the same shelf. In the last house on the left side, which, by the way, is open, in the room on the right on the table, find and read the newspaper article . There is also a radio here. By turning it on, you can listen to music.

Follow your partner and find yourself near the railroad tracks. There is a mobile cart here. You need a can of fuel. You already found it if you followed our walkthrough. Otherwise, look for the word "canister" above (it's in bold underlined). If there is a canister, approach the cart and click on the E key. Click again to trigger a cutscene.

Ride (rails)

Move forward while holding the W key. After the bridge, there will be an arrow in front of the fork. Get close to her and press E to switch rails. Move forward, ramming small trees on the way. Some trees will need to be rammed twice. When you see the next arrow, first push the standing car forward. When the car leaves the fork to the right, then go back, switch the arrow and drive forward, this time to the left. Don't stop until the cutscene starts.

Settlement

Arriving at the place, go to the gate and inspect the lock on the chain. Need a mount. On the left side is a large wagon on wheels. Enter it by opening the door. Find a note and a crowbar on the shelves on the left. Go outside and just interact with the lock to use the crowbar.

Move forward through the village. You can turn left and find batteries in the only open garage. Follow your partner without turning anywhere. In the end, you will stumble upon two bandits and an elderly man. Fight enemies by pressing the keys indicated on the screen.

VERY IMPORTANT POINT! To get a good ending after talking with Uncle Misha at the table, approach the boy at the next table and help him complete the puzzle. The picture shows an orange kitten named Woof and his friend a white puppy with dark spots. The kitten is on the left and the puppy is on the right. Unfortunately, we can't provide a screenshot.

On the shelf to the left of the bed is a letter from a son to his father. Read it!

Walk along the corridor to the right of Uncle Misha. At the end, beyond the stove , a framed photograph hangs on the wall. It depicts the whole family of Uncle Misha. The photo hangs crooked. Interact with her to level up. This is another important point! You may have to interact twice to light up the screen.

Go into the room on the right, go to the bed and go to bed. When you eventually fall asleep, you will have a dream. Your hero, Petrovich, is sitting on a chair at the table and wants to call someone. In front of you are notes with phone numbers. On the left sheet there is a phone number with the signature "Anya is new." Pick him up. Apparently, this is Petrovich's ex-wife, and Svetik is his daughter. After the conversation, you will wake up and find yourself captured by bandits.

Captivity and escape

Crawl forward to the beam from which the metal plate sticks out. Interact with her to cut the rope. Follow the hole in the floor and get out of the basement by clicking on the E key. Further control does not depend on you.

How to get out of the car, go down and hide behind a small box. Shoot enemies with a pistol. Keep in mind that you won't be able to kill everyone - you only have eight rounds. Enemies do not go down, therefore, even if it was possible, you will not be able to pick up their weapons or ammunition. There is a first aid kit in the container on the left. Just run away from enemies. Behind the last container, your friend will sit down on the floor. He is wounded in the arm. A friend will ask for a first aid kit. Press the E key to give a first aid kit. This is a good action that affects the ending of the game !!!

Run away until a cutscene starts.

Boarding house "Bor"

Follow your friend inside the building. Climb up the same stairs. You can go through the door on the left. Beware of stretch marks that are at the bottom of some doors. They can either be blown up by a shot from afar, or you need to run through all the doorways so as not to be hit by an explosion.

Here on the table you can find canned food. Your friend will stand in front of a double door with a wrapped handle. Do not rush to cut the rope. Climb up to the floor above. Do not enter through any doors, but on the side of the stairs, find the corpses in bags. There will also be a corpse on the mattress. There is a note lying nearby. Be sure to read it - the screen should flicker.

Find a safe in one of the rooms. You need to enter a four-digit code, but which one? I never managed to find it, although on this floor you can read another note (the screen will not flicker) and view an album with several photos.

Go down to a friend and cut the rope with a knife. Go forward and go down. In the spacious hall, you must climb the steps on the right. But first go to the passage on the left. There will be several open doors in the long corridor. In one of the rooms you can find a note . In the far room on the right, where the red lights are glowing, there is a strange device. You can connect a power source to bare wires. But what? I never found a use for this device!

Go up the stairs, bend down on command. Then go through the double door and go down to the burning fire. Go further after your partner and go to the elevator. You need to find a source of autonomous power. The elevator is on the left, and if you go right around the corner, you will run into a locked door. Need a key. Return to the burning fire. You don't have to climb the stairs. Go to the left of the stairs and find the only open door. In the room in the cabinet will be a bunch of keys . After taking them, unlock the door to the right of the elevator. You will see a power source. Lower the two levers on the left. A white light on the dashboard will light up in the middle. Interact with the shield to turn on the green light. Return to the elevator and watch the cut-scene.

subway tunnel

First, go through the nearest door on the right and find another note on the table. Move forward until you reach the extended part. There are two paths ahead - left and right. Go, if you remember the words of a friend, you need to go left. Move along the left path and at the end examine the door on the left side. There's a code lock here. You need to enter four numbers, but which ones?

Go back to the place in the tunnel where the two railroad tracks are in the same room. On the left there is a door that can be opened. So do it. Go right along the narrow corridor. Turn left and open another door. To the left and right, there are a total of four rooms (two on each side). Go into the first room on the left. There should be a crooked grate hanging on the wall. See her? Behind the grate is a bottle. Hit the grate three times with the ax to make it fall down. How to get higher? Need an item!

Go out into the corridor and in one of the rooms (it seems the second room on the right) find the box. Take it by pressing the E key. Move the box to that room with an open ventilation shaft. Put it under it, jump on the box and look into the ventilation. It turns out that in addition to the bottle, there is a note here. Read it. At the bottom of the note is the code - 4576. Perhaps in your case it will be different.

Go to the left railroad track and enter this code to open the door.

Walk forward and to the right. Press F a few times to wave the flashlight. After closing, go to the left room and find batteries and an ultraviolet flashlight on the shelf. With the flashlight on, press the U key to turn on the ultraviolet. Follow the corridors until you find the restroom. Activate the ultraviolet and find two tiles with blue crosses on the walls. Destroy these tiles by hitting them a few times with the axe. Be careful, as a jet of gas will appear from under one tile, damaging you. You needed it to lower the pressure in the system and clear the way further.

Exit the restroom and look to the right. There will be a door. Follow through it along the corridor until you see an open door with a valve. Wait for the download to complete.

Go forward until you run into a tunnel with water. On the right there are two pipes. Turn both valves on the pipes as far as they will go. The wooden platform should approach the shore. Jump onto the raft. Swim to the other side, to the stairs. Use the valve to open the gate and go left. There is a note on the barrel - when you read it, the screen flickers. So it's important to the plot.

There will be a large door on the left. There is a lever on the right. Pull on it, but nothing will happen because the drive is not engaged with the door. Go back and into the corridor to the right. On the left side there is a room with a workbench. There is already a wooden part on the workbench. You can take it, but it is too thick and does not fit into the opening of the drive and door mountings. Need to sharpen it. To do this, turn on the workbench, hold down the left mouse button to press the cutting part, and then hold down the W key to set a strong rotation. Do not overdo it! Too thin part will break. It is better to cut off a little bit a few times, take the part and check if it fits the holes on the drive and mount. After opening the door, go forward.

Go forward, but do not rush to jump down. Go down the stairs to the left. Having picked up a machine gun, shoot the wolves that have come running to have a bite. If the ammo runs out, then run up to the corpse in the center of the room, bend down and pick up the clip on the E key. Then you will need to press R to reload the machine gun. You can light a fire in a barrel, which will additionally illuminate the room. After killing everyone, search the bag near the corpse to find a first aid kit. Again, pick up the clip and go to the opposite end. There is a door up here. Find the stairs in the center, a little to the left and press E to trigger a cut-scene.

Metro station and statues come to life

After the cut-scene, you will have to fight several statues. Your advantage is that the statues move slowly. Except for dogs. Literally two stone dogs can complicate your task. Clips for the machine gun are scattered throughout the location. Collect them only when you shoot all the cartridges from the clip already placed. Having dealt with all the statues, you will complete the episode. The station will gradually fill with smoke, and the main character will wake up.

City

As you exit the subway, you will see a church. Behind the church there is a green house. Inside the house, find the room where the corpse is lying. To the right of the corpse there will be a lamp and a white battery . Remember this place!!! While the battery can not be taken.

Exit the house and go right. Along the way, you will meet a man digging through boxes. You need to go even further, where there will be a bald guy opening the door. Wait. When he opens the door, he will say that he is ready to share master keys for a couple of batteries. You already know where to look for the first battery .

Go forward along the street until a scene starts where the girl asks for help with her sick sister. I went to where the woman came from, but for some reason I did not find anyone at all - there is a dead end. Doesn't matter! You need to go to the house on the other side of the street. The door inside will open. Climb the stairs to the second floor and on the site you will see the second white battery . Take him too. Take both batteries to the guy, interact with the wooden box on the cart. You will receive master keys from him.

Return to the house where you found the second battery. Climb to the second floor and turn right to the door. There is a sign with the number "5" on the dark door. Open it with master keys: aim at each of the three loops, hold down the W key and left-click so that the orange lines on the loops coincide with the fixed orange line on the lock.

After opening the apartment, go forward. The door on the right with the image of the Sun will be closed. Go into the room further - this is the living room. On the right on the shelves, closer to the window, find the keys . Take them and open that very door. Find on the shelf on the left, again closer to the window, red album . Watch the cut-scene.

This will be the ending. SPOILER WARNING! The game has multiple endings. At least that's what other players say. In my case, Petrovich's comrade turned out to be the culprit in the death of the wife and daughter of the protagonist. It all happened during the accident.
