Crafting Story Items in Void Bastards

Story items are items that you will need to complete the storyline. To get them, you need to find parts from different ships or craft them in the "Parts" menu in the workshop. Every time you get a story item , you will return to the Empty Ship and the map will be randomized again, but you will keep the Nebula's "Depth", i.e. the difficulty.

Citizen's card

Items to Craft: Identity Card
  • Bio - 20.
  • Data - 60.
Line printer
  • Data - 20.
  • Slag - 20.
The first step is to find or craft parts to make a citizen card. To do this, you will need two items: an ID card and a line printer. The game will automatically find the nearest ship containing one or both parts. If you don't like sanding, the easiest way to do this is to find two pieces and save your materials, but if you're interested, go to the workshop and select "Details" in the top right corner of the screen. Here you can explore all machined parts. Hover your mouse over the required part to see the required materials. Bio can get found body parts. Usually they lie on the floor, can you also take them out?? from any container, the same applies to all other materials, including the 60 data you need. Fortunately, a line printer is easier to make.
TIP : Always check the mess left by a dead citizen after death, you can often find Fingers and other items that are recycled in the Bio.

Frame computer

Items for Crafting: Wiring Diagram
  • Data - 40.
  • Plus - 40.
Takputer
  • Data - 80.
  • Slag - 40.
  • Elek - 40.
mouse ball
  • Plus - 80.
  • Elek - 80.
The frame computer is the second element of action and the first real challenge. Before you can move your ship, the computer will inform you that the Empty Ship has dropped to Depth 2, which means higher difficulty but higher reward. Look at the star map and it should show you the wiring diagram. If you want to pass the real test, then ignore the sign and start exploring the various ships. Once you get control of the game, you will realize that it's not that hard to find and craft q?? waist. But if you just want a more random and focused playthrough, you can dock with ships, open up the map, and go straight to the FTL room to get the fuel you need and craft parts for the HR computer.

Water cooling block

Craft Items: Body Fluid
  • Plus - 80.
  • Slag - 80.
  • Elek - 160.
cool pops
  • Data - 80.
  • Plus - 80.
  • Elek - 160.
Water based oil
  • Bio - 80.
  • Plus - 80.
This time you will be at Depth 3. This means that you will start to see more powerful enemies. These parts will require a lot more materials than the previous ones, while the enemies are harder to deal with. I would suggest taking survival items such as ammo, food and fuel and aiming directly at the vessels containing the parts.

Transmitter and Certificate

Transmitter Crafting Items: Wheel (Lette Wheel):
  • Plus - 160.
  • Slag - 80.
  • Elek - 80.
Handset:
  • Data - 320.
  • Slag - 320.
Atomic Clock:
  • Certificate
Ink :
  • Bio - 320.
  • Plus - 320.
Printing (CNT Stamp):
  • Bio - 160.
  • Data - 320.
  • Plus - 160.
Laminator :
  • Plus - 320.
  • Elek - 320.
Finally, the last twoand you will need to complete the story. Now, in Nebula Depths 4 and 5, you will face the most powerful opponents. Now it will be much more difficult to explore the ships because of the enemies. Remember, you don't have to fight or kill every enemy or explore every room. Collect only the necessary items. I highly recommend getting all the Jacket upgrades to improve your health and upgrade your Regulator. Bullets are the easiest type of ammo to find and the most plentiful.
